[Resolved]  My Virtual Plaza — Non delivery of Product/refund of payment

Hi Sir,
I have ordered a mobile handset ( Micromax Canvas 2) for INR 9650 from my virtual plaza on 21/1/2013. I have been tried reaching them in the provided mobile and lnadline numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) but could not get through to them nobody is recieving the calls. I have also escalated this and send them an email to the following Email Id's (ravi.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, rupesh.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com). Apart from my repeated escalations i have not recieved any response.

I have ordered a mobile handset ( Micromax A110 Black ) for INR 9979 from my virtual plaza on 22/1/2013. I have asked my Bank SBI CC to get the payment charge back for above amt of Rs. 9979/- by logging the complaint.

Pl help me getting the needful done by filing customer complaint & banning them.

U have already deducted the payment from my account. I[censored] r not able to provide me the handset then refund my amount

No mobile or landline is responding.

ordered the Micromax A110 on 31/01/2013 OrderNo – MVP0025186 . I paid the money using Debit card. As per the guidelines the order should be delivered within 6-7 days but it’s been more than 17 days now. I wrote so many times to the same email addresses and dialed there customer care numbers Telephone: 040 – 23562071 Mobile: +91- [protected] but no response. If they are not fraud then why don’t they respond to the customers? so pls. request you to pls. send us money back or order as soon as.

Hello,

I have ordered Canvas A110 on My Virtual Plaza, Order No: MVP0016320 dated 15th January. I have cancelled the same and asked them to provide me with Canvas A116 on 21st January. On February 25th I called up their helpline and the support staff tells me to send the account details and they shall refund the amount Rs 9800. Since they dont have the desired product.

It has been more than a week but no reply from their end. I have a mail chain with them comprising on 30 mails but hardly any reply from their end and the helpline number is always busy:[protected].

I am willing take legal action against this company. Plzz let me know how.
