[Resolved] Myntra.com — money deducted twice from account
i have ordered a jersy online in myntra's website on 30th of march which costs 500 rs. after discount & shipping charges it costs me rs 482.once i have placed my order it showed some server error and asked me to reorder the product.i then mailed the myntra customer service again.they mailed me back stating that that the transaction was not yet done & asked to reorder the jersy.so i re -ordered the same jersy on 31st march and again the same error appeared.i mailed back to myntra customer service immediately stating the problem.they replied me back stating that "probably there might be some problem with the server ,the transaction has not yet been done..try to re-order again or pay the money through check".
i checked my balance the next day and got my bank passbook updated & found that rs 482 has been deducted twice (on 30th & 31st of march) from my account..i then again mailed back myntra about this.then they said that only one transaction has been done & shipped me the jersy.
