Myvirtualplaza — ordered of handset

I ordered on 21 jan 2013 to my virtual plaza.com website for 2 pcs of micromax canwas 2 hendset. I transferred amount of 19958 by my atm card of IDBI. after that I get autogenerated email by there. and I tired several times to connect with them but each time i was failed. The all contact num are fault. and no get reply from there email ID. I have been tried reaching them in the provided mobile and lnadline numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) but could not get through to them nobody is recieving the calls. I have also escalated this and send them an email to the following Email Id's (ravi.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, rupesh.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com). Apart from my repeated escalations i have not recieved any response.

I ordered Canvas A110 phone from "My Virtual Plaza"(http://www.myvirtualplaza.com). I have paid Rs. 9800 to them in advance for the phone. The online order was made on 16th January 2013 and the order number is MVP0016684. Since then I have been waiting for the phone. When I contacted them they said that the phone has gone out of stock. At the time of order it was showing in-stock and on their website its still showing in stock. I asked them to refund the money to which they said that they will do that. Since then they have stopped responding my calls. I have not received the phone or the refund of money. Please avoid this fraud company.
