Dear Sir,
I have paid Rs.225/- using my ICICI bank on-line for re-charge of my wife's cell having BSNL
prepaid connection No. [protected](Gujarat circle) on 2nd Mar, 2009.
The money was debitted in full to my ICICI acct. (No.[protected] vide transaction no. [protected].
But BSNL's USE-LESS & NON-RELIABLE SYSTEM didn't recharged our prepaid cell. Later on when i approached
to BSNL customer care on the same day @ 11:00 hrs the customer care repv. Mr. Makawana refused to register
complaint.
I HVAE NO TRUST ON BSNL, PLZ HELP ME TO GET REFUND.
