[Resolved] naaptol.com / Electrical Induction Cooker — unworkable & damaged piece delivered | |||
Received electric induction cooker on 13/09/12 on order no.-4825726 from naaptol.Com , it was opened infront of first flight courier delivery person, it was in broken condition & when it was electrically connected, it was not working at all. Immediately, matter was written in help section of naaptol.Com. But till now, no reply, immediate refund of my money from naaptol harassment (interest of time & money)within 48 hrs or consumer court after 48 hrs from right now. As per our telephonic conversation, request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
* Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
* Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
