Dear sir, I am senthil kumar I was purchased BSNL penta 802c 2G calling tablet through online purchasing from Naaptol.com the order No:5792115. booked on 15.01.2013 this product deliverd on:18.01.2013 which the delivered product Sim slot problem then I complained through phone and mail also in costomer care they said we will get back and replaced the same product then I send through courier (Blue Dart ) on 22.01.2013 still date I am not receiving product or cash also.pl do favoured Dear senthilkumar, Thank you for placing your order with us. Your product Sim slot is problem of Inset and Exit then once entered with in few minutes it will automatically slighty exit.
same if Sim enter fully and holed few minutes then it is stay. then come back to calling is not going, then setting also checked mobile network, mobile modem and Access point this we can't to select
Totally Sim calling and Sim network, side problem was accrued.
so kindly to requested, to replace and do needful

next day to checked the product and faceing this problem immetitlly I reported customer care and mail
also. If I am purchesed in shop. Befor purchaesing we can check it otherwise with hour I can replace it,
Now what I do every tim s we will call or write to mail in mail we can't explaine our feelings
My colleig only recomeed the online purchess I am not willing to purchess becaus it is going to give a GIFT

Booked on 15.01.2013,Recived on 18.01.2013, sim slot problem it's not hold ( Inset and Exist) compliened on 19.01.2013 through mail and phone They given one address to send back it's free of cost through Blue dart courier on 22.01.2013 then till date I enqurie by calling and mailling also they are with in 3-4 working day wait like that they are saying. In this sutiation what will do sir.
