[Resolved]  Naaptol / Mobile Phones — mobile complaint

Smartphone 9650 received from Naaptol vide Krishna traders invoice no. 624636 on 20 Dec 09 is not working. The complaint no one is entertaning. Please do some needful. my Order No. 121040. The complaint given on Ph. No. [protected] not behaving correctly.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that, I received the Smart Phone 8502 which is order no. 142642 from 16th January but in that problem regarding camera is not working properly (Camera was 8 Mega Pixle) and Battery Issue Sothat I want to replace my mobile ASAP but courier compnay not accept it without mail.

If you mail to the DLF courier Bombay than A'bad branch taken my courier without charges.

i had booked a mobile i.e boss ephone on 22/1/2010 & i got delivery on 30/1/2010 but the phone is not working so plz kindly you can send me the new mobile or give me the adderous of your servis senter in hydrabad

Ihave purchase Boss e3300 mobile phone vide order no 221162 .

but i found the phone gets hang out on regular basis and its keys also not fuctining properly .

I woulde like to request that kindly replace the phone with other model or elst take it back .

As the warranty is 1.0 year .

now iam sending this cellular by speedpost for speedy replacement for my desire ietem i5800 without any extra charge and transportation...

I have ordered 'Shree Dhanlaxmi Offer - 111 Pcs Kitchenware Set' on[protected] and my order id is: '7312084'. Till to date the order had not dispatched . Very poor and delay service by Naaptol.

I purchase a roti maker my order number is 23838993 on yesterdayits totally a money waste product.i got it in damage condition plus it does not make any chapati.when i talk with technical support team they speak rudely.i want my refund.please dont buy any product from this side you only loose your money plus they dnt help help after getting defective product.Naaptol fake site and fake products with fake customer support team.
