[Resolved] Naaptol — Money refund order id :3597432 | |||
I have purchased BlackBerry Tour 9630 from naaptol order ID :3597432 and i got faulty handset. so send it back to him by Bluedart courrier id :[protected]. they received it on 20th march . they promise me to refund money within 21 day. before a week , I come to know that instead of refund , you have send me replacement product through DTDC courier . Shipment ID : V08565554. when i checked online from DTDC site.it shows that courier is delivered to somewhere in Bikaner. But I am living in Pune.Maharashtra. I have cleared stated them that i donot want hand set. i want my money back. Still i am waiting for my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
