i m cheated two time by company as
I have purchased two spy pen one bi one from NAPTOL in 3-1-2011.&[protected] Order No 1198300& 1766930 )COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com ( ph :[protected]) I have sent back the spy pen to arramex india ltd After that I have spoke many times with the customer care of M/s Naptol.com for refund of my money but till date they have not yet returned nor any call have come from them…So, I requuest the competent authorities to register this complaint and prosecute the culprits for which I can adduce documentary evidence if called for.

Naaptol Online Shopping — Defective product
I received my product,my order number was 353945. I had ordered a Nokia battery. But this is not a original nokia battery. I hadconfirmed it with the nokia care and even I am no getting a proper
backup which is not more then 2 Hrs. Sometime with continuous us it drain up in half an hour. If I had to purchase a duplicate
battery then why would i purchase it from naaptol. I could get it from
chor bazar in 100 ruppes. On your website you had mentioned Nokia
battery, no where you had mentioned that you are selling duplicate
battery. Naaptol is taking advantage of the brandname of Nokia and
fooling peoples. Now when i am contacting there customer care they are not responding properly.
