I have purchased a CAR SCRATCH REMOVER with DENT REMOVER from a given adv. by NAAPTOL in a newspaper. It was my surprise to see that the kit was given without any manual / instructions . The quality look of the product was also THIRD CLASS . I have requested a lot & send emails to the company , but no reply properly. Without manual the KIT is useless. It seems that the company is doing the business of CHEATING & FRAUD only by doing the attractive advertisements in Newspapers. BEWARE OF THEM & do not go for PURCAHING THE SAME , IF YOU ARE DOING to do so,MANOJ K JAIN

I had purchased 40pcs jewelery sets vide order no. 1348651 on 8th Feb.11, but I had received different and cheap items on 10th Feb.11, then I return back these items to Naaptol (aramex has sent the product to vendor & awb # [protected]) on 15th Feb.11. After that when I called them on [protected] on 18th Feb they confirmed me that they had received the wrong items an the items will be dispatched to me by 7-10 days, ,
After 15days Naaptol were not able to send the items then I sent an email to Naaptol CEO ([protected]@naaptol.com) and customer care (Fedback, but so far on 12th Apr.11 there is no response from there end. please help me out from Naaptol.

Naaptol.com — Not delivering the material
Sir,I have placed an order for Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Device HBHDS200 on 18th of April 2011 vide order 1651792. It is suppossed to be gifted in Chennai. The money was paid through credit card. The order status as displayed in their site is Cargo Ready. This message I am seeing for the past 10 days.
In the meantime I had contacted them on phone and their representative told that the material has been despatched through Blue Dart Courier. We have contacted the courier concern several time but they said that they have not received any such parcel from Mumbai.
The material is suppossed to be delivered with in one week. The firm is neither giving a proper answer as to the status of my order nor delivering material.
Please help me and also to prevent such companies mushrooming Indian Markets.

naaptol online shopping ltd — Item not delivered as promised
Naaptol had advertised in Times of India dated 23/05/11 that on purchase of NK-555 Touch screen mobile against deal code 912 i would get a MP3 player with 8GB memory as free. Accordingly I paid Rs 2599 as demanded.While I got the Parcel on 31.05.11 the mobile was OK but the MP3 player was just a TOY. I had registered my complaint vide complaint no 698388 dated 2.06.11. I was advised to send the unit back to them which I did on 04.06.11 thro DTDC vide cn no B72537526.Against this they tried to send some gift vouchers which i refused to accept. Since then various reminders have gone as per the attachment but till date no repalcement has come.All public are here by adviced not to buy any products from Naaptol as you will be fooled by getting a poor quality of Item and you will not be knowing to which address you need to contact as they maintan full secrecy about their existance.

Naaptol Online Shopping — no cd & no manual for programing
I have purchashed SPY PEN on 29/12/2009 My order No.126983. I received SPY PEN but with that They have to supply manual book and cd for dawnload software. After more then 15 times I called on Complain Tel. No.[protected] and always they replyed they will send in one week but still on todays date i have not received anything. I have made complint also on e-mailed but no reply for same.And there is no other way to contact only by phone and that also reply same that they will supply in one week.please do the needfull.
