    MYSELF PURCHASED THROUGH ONLINE (Order no: 4722999) , DRILL MACHINE WITH KIT FROM NAAPTOL, BUT DELIVERED HAIR DRIER BY MISTAKE, (COMPLAINT NO: 3532030).
    LATER ON NAAPTOL REPLIED TO RETURN THAT WRONG ITEM TO THEIR NOMINATED COURIER WHICH WAS 40 KM FAR FROM MY HOME , AND WHICH WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR MY FATHER AGE OF 86 YRS OLD OR FOR MYSELF (STAYING AT MUMBAI) TO RETURN THAT ITEM AT THEIR COURIER.
    WE INFORMED OUR PROBLEM TO NAAPTOL ONE MONTH BACK AND INFORM NAAPTOL TO DELIVER THE RIGHT ITEM AND INSTRUCT THE SAME COURIER TO TAKE BACK THE WRONG ITEM WHICH WAS DELIVERED.
    TILL DATE NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM NAAPTOL’S END . MYSELF WANT THE PAID AMOUNT RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ACTUAL ITEM WITH THE ITEM WHICH WAS WRONGLY DELIVERED

      M/s Naaptol
      I on the basis of your paper advt, booked one induction cooker during the month june2012.
      I get the delivery from M/s classic import (P)Ltd vide bill 843092/MH/0007024/2012-13 Dated 4.6.2012
      after paying Rs2298.00.The said cooker sent by your Co.was with very poor performance .It was got out of order only after using 7days.I am the only person to make use of it.I immediately contacted the Co available contact number .
      The lady after getting each information, instructed me to send back the cooker alongwith bill copy.
      I again had to spend Rs 200/-for courier beside cloth bag stitching cost.
      I got the acknowledgement from the said Co .But till date i am waiting for the replacement
      I contacted many times but in vain.
      By this email i am just reminding you to do the needful otherwise i will have no option but to go to consumer court as i have been cheated by your lucrative advt in the Times of India and you got Rs 2298/-
      for nothing .

        I ordered Callmate Car and Desktop Mobile Holder from Naaptol.com (Order ID: 5293462). The product description page has 7 photos of the product. Here is the link: http://www.naaptol.com/mobile-holders/callmate-car-and-desktop-mobile-holder/P/4...

        The photos clearly show the desktop holder as the part of the product. Also, as indicated on the First photo, the product has two mobile supports at the bottom. Also, the holder expands on both sides (Photo 3). However, the product I received has only one support, and the holder expanded on only one side.

        On top of that, the price charged was Rs. 199/-, whereas the box had the MRP printed as Rs. 99/-.

        The customer care department says their supervisors are "too busy" to take the call and there will be no written confirmation sent for anything.

        Kindly do the needful.

        * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.

          My order No: 5095125
          I did receive the product on 9th Oct 12, which was badly broken into pieces when I opened. By 11th I did resend it and Naaptol has received the product back on 14th Oct 12.
          But till today there is no news of the resending of the product to me. Even after repeated calls to customer care I am getting the below statement
          " Your product is ready to despatch on 26th Oct, after that we do not have any updations in our system, so we can not commit on delivery date."
          Neither Naaptol is not doing any charity by providing the product, nor I am begging Naaptol for the free product.

            I have ordered a vox100 tablet from naaptol.Com on 3-10-12 order number - 5085039. I got the product on 08-10-12 and in that sim card slot is not working. So, I called customer support but there is not proper response I want my full money refund for this product not replacement...

                I had purchased a Padmini Flair BF Chimney from Naaptol, which was delivered to me with one of its parts defective.

                In response to my telephonic complaint I was advised to send thr defective part to Naaptol for replacement, which I did.
                That was in August end. Nearly two months have passed and I haven't received the replacement yet.

                  My first experience with online shopping & I have purchased from naaptol Micromax Funbook Talk tablet which I have received within a week.

                  This tablet is a wonderful tablet which is advanced than Micromax Funbook . It has Android OS v.4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich which is the best part in this tablet. It is also packed with many features and apps and in this tablet we can use sim calling and also video calling. This tablet also provides a good internet experience. Overall it is a good tablet with many exciting features.

                    I am V Hari narayana from Chennai. I have ordered a Mini Fridge from Naaptol with an order number 5141282.They have sent me a damaged and broken Fridge... I made a complaint to customer care, they asked me to send fridge back and they will return my money... I sent them that broken fridge back through Blue dot parcel services. I asked them to send me my money... However without taking any authorization, they sent that fridge back to me... which I have refused to receive... Now could you please ask this company to refund me my money as I can't use their fridge since it is very small and it is not at all a fridge its just a container...

                      I have purchased Money Counter Machine through Naaptol online Shopping......& This machine can easily count the currency notes and identify the fake currency out of a bundle. It saves a lot of time and efforts of mine which are obviously required by manual counting and checking.

I found the product in non-working condition. really these comany is sellig china products to te cutomers. after sales service is worst i ever seen. they really dont care about the money of the customers once the produce is sold.

                            I have purchased one product online . My product order no was 5108947 . Product quality was very poor and also received in damage condition. I have placed the order no 6th Oct 2012 and material received on 17th oct 2012 and same day i have dispached back to Naaptol . I want the refund my money as earliest as possible .There is no responsible person to handle the customer query . I have sent a mail to 17th Oct 2012 .but no body revert to me for refund . I have very bad experience with Naaptol . I am asking my money than why they take the time to return the same . i have also registered the complain . My complain no is 36844269 . Today i have also talk to Mr. Prem . I told him to talk to your senior but he hold my call and told me after some time , he is busy . Same thing happened when i called on 20th Oct 2012 .

                            I placed an order for purchase of a mobile handset and was given order no.870414 by making payment of Rs. 2199.00 full in advance through credit card.The delivery was made of a useless moblie handset which was not able to transmit voice on the other side.I had to send is back and I sought refund but instead of refund they send me the mobile again which I refused to accept from the courier.After lapse of over three months I have not been able to get refund.

                            I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

                                  I ordered a book as a gift for my friend using www.naaptol.com.
                                  I tried placing order on 20-Sept-2012, but I got error on naaptol website but my amount was deducted.
                                  The Customer care told me that the amount has been not credited to Naaptol so no order would be delivered (Order No: 4990352).
                                  I checked with HDFC bank, and they told that naaptol had already received the money (Mer ref no: [protected]).

                                  Eventually, I placed a new order on 21-Sept-2012 (order number : 4981140).
                                  The order is not yet dispatched. I am calling customer care daily and every day they promise to deliver in 2 working days.
                                  This is real haraasment. I am fed of this. Why does there website mentions 'Product will be delivere in 7 days'?
                                  Its almost a month now, naaptol is not refunding my money[protected] nor delivering the product[protected].
                                  Nor are they replying properly to my emails.


                                  Worst experience I ever had.
                                  I want the order to be delivered today itself, since it is almost a month I placed the order.

                                      I bought VOX E55 with all the latest techonolgy and at a very cheaper rate. Offcourse the brand is new in the market, but i m happy with all the function.
                                      First of all I appreciate them for their 24x7 customer service, The people at the customer service are very responsive and polite. Above all the delivery is prompt and the packing is par excellent. They even gave me full furnished info about the nearest service centers. I will give it 4.5 of 5. I will recommend Naaptol to all my friends and colleagues
