[Resolved] Naaptol — Product not dispatched | |
Dear Sir/Mam I placed order on Naptol on Nov 06, 2012 and it was told to me that product has been delivered back to Naptol office because of address problem (Pretty funny as after 2 days on same address Bluedart courier deliver other product). After that I requested the team to re-dispatch the product via Blue dart and same was assured to me that it will be re-delivered. Customer care interaction & development on issue is as below - 1. Naptol guys called and took address again and told product will be received in 2 days 2. I called and asked the status on 14th it was told that ur cmplnt is taken and will be closed soon 3. on 16th when I inquired, complnt no 3808824 was given to me with promise product will be delivered in 2 days 4.After 2 days, on 19th when I called same promise again given to me 5. Again I enquired on 21st and status was same 6. On 22nd I requested to put me on with Supervisor and I had a word with Mr Navin Advani, and he told within 24 hours update will be provided. But nothing happened 7. On 24th today they are saying if product is available, we will see if we can dispatch or refund request will be raised If this was suppose to be the fate why they made me wait for almost 2 weeks and I called around 10 times. Please look in to the matter as I got mentally disturbed because of it as this product was a gift to some one....... Was this information helpful? | |

But at the end of the order it says the order is cancelled but if I see my credit card the amount is deducted.
When I call ICICI bank they said payment is sent to the Merchant and they have given the payment reference ID:740549.
I have been calling Naaptol for the solution but till now I have not been received the product.
And also i have sent bank statement to the email ID support.[protected]@naaptol.com, but still there is no response.
Please look into it ASAP.
