Naaptol / Spy Pen Camera & Mp3 Player — Defective item

I purchased spypen camera, MP3 player with Naaptol order number 1370615, When I received the parcel, I checked it.The product delivered to me was not 16GB it is 68.3MB and MP3 player is also not working. When I spoke to Naaptol customer care they told me that they will replace and I have to send the defective item to the address they sent to my mobile number. I couriered the defective item to the address they sent me, I did not receive any reply from then even after 3 weeks so I followed up with DTDC Courier with tracking number M7709683, they told that the product is returned back as the ad dressy was not found. Even I had email communication with them but there was no proper response. I has so much mental torture and I like to go to any extent to teach them a lesson Please help me how I can go forward. Thanks in Advance

I M AGREE WITH U COZ I HAV ALSO SAME PROBLEM.I HAV ALSO BOOK A SPYCAM FR NAAPTOL BUT WHEN I COLLECT IT I FOUND IT DAMAGE.I SHOCKED TO SEE THAT.IMMEDIATE I CONTACT TO NAAPTOL CUSTOMER CARE.THEY GIVE ME A ADDREES TO RETURN THE PRUDUCT.I DONE A SPPED POST BUT BAD LUCK THAT SPEED POST ALSO MISSED SOMEWHERE..I GOT FULL FRUSTRATE FROM BOTH PARTIES FIRST NAAPTOL THEN SECOND INDIAN SPEED POST.NOW I CAN'T CLAIM TO NAAPTOL COZ THEY R TELLING UNTILL THEY RECEIVE YR PRODUCT THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING.NOW I FOLLOWING TO INDIA POST & THINKING WHY I BOOK VIA NAAPTOL & WASTE MY VALUABLE MONEY.MY CONTACT NO.
