Poor Service : I had book an order on 28 August 2012, order No: 4788635 and same was delivered on my address 09 Sep 2012, but they had given me the product information wrong Commitment's by Customer care : 1. Video Calling 2. USB Port ( so i can use tata photon ) 3. No function to copy the contact number from Sim 4. I had received the call from this number this number [protected], and they told me we are sending the courier person at your premises to collect the product,
so i am giving the product to that person, and also i am not responsible for the same if any damage happens to product.
How much time it will take to receive the refund through chq and also correct the name and address,
