[Resolved] Naaptol — took a week, did not deliver my product, now they wont refund | |||||
I placed an order for a motherboard Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 1.3) Motherboard from naaptol on wednesday 10 Jul 2013 (order no: 6746248). Ever since, my order has been in 'order verified' till yesterday. From 12th July, i started calling them everyday asking why isn't it getting shipped. Note that even after ordering they hadn't sent me a mail or given me a call. I could check the status from naaptol site after logging in. The customer care people told me that they have no idea what's happening with the product as they don't have any access to such details(wonder why they are put just to pick up calls) and let us both wish that product ships soon. Everyday i called up and asked and none of them, had anything useful to tell, except yesterday, 'Abhishek Kumar' picked up and told me the product might be getting shipped as we speak. When i asked why can't i see that in my order page, he told me customers are not exposed to such details. Today when i opened the site, i saw that my order has been cancelled for refund. Why? By who? Why wasn't i called? When i called up and asked, what i was told was that is because the product is out of stock. If it was, what were they doing with my money for a week? And if the product is out of stock, why didn't they put that up on their site? And if my order got cancelled, why didn't i get a call or message or mail saying the order got cancelled? And now the guy who picked up at customer care says it will take 9-15 days for refund! I had to forward my called to a supervisor to escalate it to get it refunded soon(atleast that's what she said). Is this all a joke? I have never experience such poor transparency and such horrible customer care services ever. If atleast they had told me what is going on with my product that would have been a different case. They have no right to put customer in dark after they have committed for the delivery. In addition to this, now a 'Mansi Joshi' from naaptol mailed me saying they won't refund my amount instead they are going to give me a voucher! I did not ask for one, and i want my money not a voucher. Why would i go to this site again at all to buy anything! Was this information helpful? | |||||

NAAPTOL — not given the product as told
The company sold me a cellphone which is totally different as per given information.i am attaching the e-mail copy which i sent to the company & no right step has been taken
as company rules i[censored] any customer is not satisfied the cellphone then he can change his phone within 15 days i did the same but company is now denying to do this
the features are totally fake....

On May 10 I recieved a credit card charge for $26.22 on my Capitol One Credit credit card ending in # 8080 I do not believe this is correct.......Please submit details of this transaction.............. Dear Team,

NAAPTOL — taken money and not delivering the product
This is my second attempt at tryign to complain about this fraud online shopping company called Naaptol . I had ordered a camera pen online on 26th of january 2010 and paid online though my ICICI bank account . The very next day i received an email from Naaptol that my order has been cancelled as the pay ment has not been received . I called my bank and they confirmed that it usually takes 2-3 working days for the amout to reflet in their accout . Nevertheless , on 28thJan my bank conformed that the amount has been credited to the account of Naaptol ,Ever since it has been almost a month Ive been trying to contact one of the worst customer care services in the history of mankind that is Napptol customer care services to refund the amount that is with this theiving orgaqnisation,ONe oif the biggest Frauds I have seen ion a long time . I have sent at least 50 mails daily to the customer care team and only 1 reply that too initially stating I should send a Credit card statement , which is ridiculous sice I have paid through my online banking transaction . even then I sent them the pay ment detials . It has been a long time and Im fed Up !! Is it possible to find out what is happening. Such fraud companies should not be allowed to run their businesses and cheat innocent customers . I have always shoppped on e bay and I think we should stick to sites which have credibilty !!
