Nacons Builders Platinum city o Block phase -2 is pretty good considering the inflated prices everywhere else. Lift is functional. The road has been tarred and properly lit up and also the sideways are clean. Infact, they have also put a new coat of paint on the building and car park. Swimming pool is done. Also, children play-area has been constructed with swings, slides etc. the landscape garden is good. The party hall is getting constructed. Morever, the builder has taken steps to clean up and do maintenance. So overall, it is a value for money since Metro is coming up and also the building is less than 2 Km from Yeshwantpur railway station. Was this information helpful? | |||

yes you are rigth, i am also a customer of nacons builders they provide me such a good flat with all facilities in platinum city o block, all things are in good conditon, and they give me flat at very low cost, i am enjoying the service of nacons builders.

nacons builders are providing services where customer will be satisfies..
Now the condition has improved a lot. lift is working swimming pool tile work is completed. Lot of people has started residing in Phase -II... For me it took only 5 months when i paid 80 % of the amount & next month i am taking possession. Flat is very well ventilated & good light.vitrified tiles & pretty descent flat at this promise that too just 1/2 kms from upcoming metro...

nacons platinum city o block is a award winnig project.its been awarded the national "indiragandhi sadhbhavana ward" given every year on indira gandhi s birth day in delhi.what nacons has done in platinum city o block, by selling flats for 5 lakhs, has never been done before by any other builder in india.nacons gave a open challenge in a press conference in 2008, that if flats were sold anyware in india for a lower price they would give flats for free.its a good project.

I M PLANNING TO SHIFT AS A TENENT, I HAVE A 1 YEAR OLD KID, BECAUSE OF DUST ALERGY, I M THINKING OF CHANGE ITS IN 7 TH FLOORE S802, , PLS SUGGEST IS IT SAFE TO SHIFT.. IS THERE ANY TROUBLE
bank pays you the loan in installments as the different phases of the property is being developed and as you are not the complete owner of the house until you pay the whole amount, the builder also gets involved in the loan contract as a partial owner of the property.
here the main problem is that if the construction stops then
1> niether the bank will pay you the rest of the loan
2> you have a partially owned house that you cannot sell
3> and you must pay back the already taken loan to the bank
What is the best option that you can suggest for me? Can i trust NACONS for completing their projects on time?
