Nacons Builders Platinum city o Block phase -2 is pretty good considering the inflated prices everywhere else. Lift is functional. The road has been tarred and properly lit up and also the sideways are clean. Infact, they have also put a new coat of paint on the building and car park. Swimming pool is done. Also, children play-area has been constructed with swings, slides etc. the landscape garden is good. The party hall is getting constructed....

I booked an apmt in Platinum city O block - Yeshwanthpur B'lore in 2005.
The building is still incomplete in 2009 (unoccupiable - basics like water etc)
The nationalised bank who gave me a housing loan has stopped providing funds due to lakh of progress in the work.
I have signed a tripartite agreement between the bank, builder and myself while securing the loan.
The builder was demanding me to pay the balance...
