[Resolved]  Nacons Builders/Platinum City O Block — Building incomplete after 4 yrs of booking

I booked an apmt in Platinum city O block - Yeshwanthpur B'lore in 2005.
The building is still incomplete in 2009 (unoccupiable - basics like water etc)
The nationalised bank who gave me a housing loan has stopped providing funds due to lakh of progress in the work.
I have signed a tripartite agreement between the bank, builder and myself while securing the loan.
The builder was demanding me to pay the balance if I want my apmt to be completed.
I obviously did not have the resources to pay such big amts.- What is the purpose of a housing loan?

Now the builder is forcing me to complete the registration! (sale deed).

Please advise.

i am one among you ppl staying in platinum city o block.i purchased a flat for 5 lakhs, i am a very poor person.i am enjoying all the facilities .i, u or anyone here deep down knw that we are the ppl who could never get any property in our life.u say der s poor construction.pls go and look at shantiniketan "prestige".despite they paying95lac+tax+gvt deposit.their building has fallen.i used to visit the site during construction, and my co brother who is a civil engineer, told when a building is going high, with the height the stell is reduced, but nacons did not do that they have, put the same steel and made a very stong structure any qualified civil engineer who is technically strong will never say that the building is a bad one
i have a flat at nacons o block.i am one among you ppl.i helplessly cannot revel my name becuse, i will have to live with some of you ppl.honestly ask ur self could u actually afford a flat in platinumcity such a gret project???where flats are in a range of 45-50 lakhs..i am a very poor person, coming from a vegetable vending family.i could afford a flat here.i am happy .i have a pool.parking space for which i am not charged, though i have not bought a parking.wen some one gives u something which u could never get, should u be greatful to that person or should u back stab that person???this very much shows that you alll are charecter less.honestly u should be ashamed of cutting the persons hand who has helped you(builder).if any sensible person is reading this it would be clear to him that every person who has spoken bad is ungreatful.
Its hell.. please donot take any buildings constructed by Nacon developers. Big time cheater in the world.

I feel many of the above people have a big misunderstanding about Nacons builders, apperantly they are the oldest and the best builders in the city, they have completed big projects in the past and have been renowned in this industry.
i think people have a great misconcetion about the builder.. i recently bought a flat and i am very happy with the amenities and facilities, there was no such problem i faced wht ever is been mentioned above, i request ppl to go through the facts.. any brand or coompany would have some back drops, but with regards to plaatinum city though there were delays it was worth, . as it was value for money .i am really satisfied with the flat .

with regards to the builders back ground, i have done a good survey about them, i am an MBA and am working for a reputed MNC, i did a good research about nacons builders, they have done great projects in the past and they are in the market from a long time, and not fly by night operators . so kindly do not go by the remarks, do your own research about the builder and then take a decision, just dont go by what is been written above .
hello people, i am a flat owner at nacons and i know very well that all the people who have commented negetive are not even the owners.people with such names dont even live in this building.some jobless person has simply commented negetive.some mentally disturbed owner of one flat has done this, i presume.he has done this.honestly for this cost no one in india has ever given a flat.its some big charity work by nacons.thank you nazeer, may god bless you and your company.all the best.
your flat is prone to be incomplete even after ten years, you fools i[censored] dont clear your balance builder will obiviously keep it pending.because you have not cleared your dews dont come on the net and start posting.mr hanif was the first person to get the possesion on phase two sixth floor because he had cleared his dews.he got it in the year 08-09.construction commencing 06.stop blaming the builder for ur failures. as said"A BAD WORKSMAN BLAMES HIS TOOLS".

I booked an apmt in Platinum city O block 2nd phase- Yeshwanthpur B'lore in 2008.
The building is still incomplete.
I have registered the flate in the same year.
The builder was demanding me to pay the balance if I want my apmt to be completed. I have already payed all the balance amount and they promised me to hand over the flat 3 months back but nothing is completed yet.

Now I am running almost everyday behind the builders and to the flat to see the progress. The builder never pick up phone calls and never response.

Those who are praising the builders, please keep quiet and think about us, who are in a big trouble.

Hello Mr. de222, sure I will, once I will get the flat. I am not doing any time pass over here, just trying to find out a way to get the flat...and I have been trying to reach out the people, but no body is picking up phone calls. Now am really tired of running behind people.

Today got him on phone, again he told me to contact somebody else, again called that person, he gave me another number..finally nothing happened..

Trust me, this has been a big issue since these years, as we are paying EMIs as well as house rents.

If you are really saying the truth, disclose your name. instead of of asking my flat number.

I am a retired quality control engineer in Mysore sandal soap factory, my house only used to run on my pension until 1 day my son decided to invest my PF and bought me an apartment In Bangalore, today am a proud owner of 2 bhk flat in one of city's finest landmark and also am self sufficient, the only complain my tenant faced initially was frequent power cuts but it is all solved now, I get a good rent and just by investing 10 Laks, it's still a dream come true for my family to own a house in Bangalore
Mr Ram Mohan, hope either you are an agent with Nazeer or Platinum city O Block useless management. They all have cheated entire people (including the dental / engineering students who use to stay in the apartment) of the platinum city O Block. Very unprofessional, arrogant, very ungreatful builder in the world. Please do not purchase by considering only it is near to the Metro. The quality of the materials which he has used is totally claimless and BDA has given pre-caution and alert to the entire world. Please Please Be Aware and save yourself.

Hi Friends, I recently purchased an apartment resale. Quite a few families have started living there. Yes the lift is working. Off course the situation is far from being very nice, but the kind of comments I have read from the initial post, I have seen some things improving for e.g. there is a guard at the entrance, lift is working, there are a team of people at least who keep us abreast of things going on, water comes for five hours in the morning and same for evening, electricity wise it is fair (heard from tenant who lives there). I will be moving there in couple of days, so i am also hoping things get better. I want to take a first hand experience how it is to live there. In case I face a problem still, I will have to see what needs to be done move out, sell, who knows.
According to me those who wish to buy a flat with decent specifications and amenities at extreamely affordable price should go to Nacons developers. A person with a small pay check who would never dare to dream of owning a sqft of land is now proud owner of a 1 bhk apartment at platinum city o block, itself is a miracle in itself and though there had been quiet a few delays in the project it was still worth the wait.
you all are wrong bcoz the provide best flat at cheap rates...
this is a good company and you have to buy a flat from them...
you all are worng bcoz this is a very good company we have to buy a flat from them.
are you crazy guys why you all are telling a lie...
