[Resolved]  Nacons Builders/Platinum City O Block — Building incomplete after 4 yrs of booking

nacons is really giving a chance for the middle class people in Banglore to have their own Residents without any second thought .

She is biased . We are dealing with nacons builders since years together and never ever had any complaint . very happy with their performance, quality and realiblity .

Dear Friends, Please note here those are supporting the builders are their agents only, beware their words.This builder is a 101% a 420.Here Those are supporting this builder are realy .

u shameless ungreatful (vbvm).not mentioning flat number, giving a false name, shows who is 101% a pakka 420.THE flats and quality of construction here is good, only some final finishes are not done.over all its wort the money.

I LIVE IN 1342 PLATINUM CITY O BLOCK.ITS A GOOD PRODUCT, I AM HAPPY.EVERY THING WENT SMOOTHLY, i have shifted 2 months back, its a beautiful location good price.

Nacons builders is a very prety builder construction group and all the bad or negative reviews regarding to platinum city O block or platinum city bangalore is wrong, some 1 is trying to defuse the nacons group but as I Knw or many more cliets like knw alot abt nacons builders that it cant do this kind of cheating with customers.

What is the latest on O block ?

O block is like a black sheep of Platinum city. Amongst all the well built blocks (A, B, C, etc), stands the eye-sore of O block. The other block residents look at O block as if it is part of a slum. They don't want to associate with O block.

It all started with a good cause. Value for money flats were promised. Greed took its toll. Now the situation is a stalemate. Many don't want to pay remaining part and take possession. Some paid, took possession, living in not so habitable conditions with water, parking and other safety related short-comings.

Adding salt to the wound, recent BDA activities (claiming CA sites, issuing eviction notices) etc, has only made Platinum city more popular for all the wrong reasons.

O block people live here hoping against hope that things will improve and all issues will be sorted soon ...

nacons Builders and their employees are exceptional. I recently had some renovation work done at my flat and was very pleased on how Dale and Kevin were able to have the job finished within my very limited time constraints. Not only was the demo and reconstruction completed early, but the cost was excellent. Their workers are professional, skilled and extremely tidy. I would highly recommend this Builders for any construction work, be it a new build, regular renovations, or fire and flood restoration. These guys are awesome!

hi i may say definitely one thing that is nacons is the top leading builders and developers in bangalore not only their residential projects and also their commercial project iam very satisfied about their plan of developing they are not a ordinary builders they are a good sculptors iam very very happy to do this.

With out any nice free pollution good air, good water, i love this place, if any body buy flat i can recomand only this Nacons Builders/Platinum City O Block. Look like VIP area.
