[Resolved]  Nacons Builders/Platinum City O Block — Building incomplete after 4 yrs of booking

I booked an apmt in Platinum city O block - Yeshwanthpur B'lore in 2005.
The building is still incomplete in 2009 (unoccupiable - basics like water etc)
The nationalised bank who gave me a housing loan has stopped providing funds due to lakh of progress in the work.
I have signed a tripartite agreement between the bank, builder and myself while securing the loan.
The builder was demanding me to pay the balance if I want my apmt to be completed.
I obviously did not have the resources to pay such big amts.- What is the purpose of a housing loan?

Now the builder is forcing me to complete the registration! (sale deed).

Please advise.

Hi I am interested to buy a 2bhk property in O block . What is the present status now ? I have heard that though most of the construction are over and many problems are sorted out, it still does not have an A Khata nor OC . I do have an offer for 28 Lakhs and I don't find any place with a better price . However I would atleast like to know the risk that I am taking by buying a property here . Can any body please help me here ? If you can give your contact details, it would be great . Thanks

Why there are so many apartments are on Resale in Platinum O City? Please provide geniune answer as it would help all the Needy people.
