Milk Product — Local stores asking additional Rs.1 above MRP
I stay in Navagaon, Dahisar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Here it has been observed that almost all miks suppliers are asking consumers to pay additional Rs. 1 for 500ml above MRP for any brand of milk.Even been observed additional Rs. 1 charged towards Recharge coupons for any service providers.
Is it Right? How can this be stopped? Not everyone is interested to work on it.
local vendors — price higher than MRP
All the vendors at chandigarh Bus standa re selling the braded food products higher than listed MRP, The bottle which comes with 15 Rs listed MRP is being sold for 20 RS. When asked why are they doing this, they said, everyone on the bus stand is doing this. Please address this. I have also observed same thing. They charge Rs. 2/- per litre.
Roadside shop — Price charged above MRP
There is a small dhaba kind of outlet outside American Express office in DLF Phase 5 gurgaon. They charge prices higher then MRP on cold drink bottles. I was charged Rs. 14 for 300ml cold drink bottle. However, the MRP is Rs. 12. Unfair price should not be charged and such shops should be penalized. Hi

I too am facing the same problem. Though we go shop at 6.30 AM in the morning, nandini milk or Curd is sold at higher rate. if we question the shopkeeper, next day, we will not get MILK. why is this problem? will there not be an end to this problem.
Daily use products — charging more than MRP
Every shopkeeper charge more than MRP for products like break, milk, cold drinks in WAKAD Area, stating that they are out of pune. Please help us the resident of wakad area to get rid of these robbers. I am totally disagree to this.

Nandini milk products — charging more than MRP
i live in indiranagar area of bangalore city and the karyana shopkeepkeepers are charging more then the MRP as shown on nandini milk products selectively from hindi speaking consumers and the consumer have no other option as it is the practice followed by all the shopkeepers I am new to Bangalore and never seen such a thing before. This is totally un-acceptable. This happens at every local shop. If you buy litre/half litre, you pay Re 1 extra.

Yes, I too agree with all the complaints given here. Also the each milk suppliers in BTM 2nd stage charges different rates towards service chargers!

Here in Bangalore Nandini outlets vendor doing there own and not following any rules. In my area (Bilekahalli) Nandini outlet doing the black marketing of Nandini products and sell other company product with more margin like heritage inplace of Nandini.
Not sure Gov or this Dairy cooperation taking any action against these kind of vendors.

Kmf nandini milk — we are paying more than mrp hear.
we r paying more price to half ltr nandini milk,in blue color pack. its mrp is Rs10:50, but we paying Rs11. in the morning itself. so plz do fever for the consumers.thank u

grocery shop — Illegal grocery shop running in Mohali
Dear Sir/Mam, Being a responsible citizen, I wanted to inform you that there's an illegal grocery shop running in Hno.3101, Sec-71, Mohali. 1) Some of the products he sell doesn't even contain MRP/ date of expiry stamps. 2)He charge more than MRP some times by saying that its the outdated price. 3) Do sell expired products. 4) Is very very rude while talking to customers. Florence Medical Store — charge more than MRP
The MRP of NIZARAL ointment is Rs.82.25. I bought 02 nos. of tube & they charge Rs.165.00 instead of Rs.164.50. they also give me bill of 165.00. They refuse my objection and told me that they can charge round off & they are legally right. is it true? Can't i challenge them in consumer court? sir,

So there is no other shopes selling milk over ther so he demands more.. The same way he sells curds and 1/2 liter milk on more prices i.e rupees 4/- extra cost than the MRP. When we ask why U are charing more he tells i[censored] want U buy otherwise dont buy and he denys to give milk. So sir please take appropriate action against them.
