Milk and Milk Products are sold at more than MRP prices. (2 to 3 Rs. more)

I also face the same problem today I bought one goodlife 500ml milk MRP:17, shop sell price 19 why this problem comeing.more price like MRP:19 print no problem.ok

KMF milk agent — bad customer service

Very bad service by KMF nandini milk agents near jayanagar east end... They behave high headed as if they have great agency in hand

I don't why KMF gives advertisement when they cannot manage good customer service... useless

Yes I myself am a shopkeeper and sell nandhni Milk Products, the mrp change is because of less Margin given to the Retailer 2% and there is no refund given to the retailer it the packet has leakage. this is even brought to the notice of the authorities who in turn are fools and talk rubbish.

hence, Concluding you change your brand to either thirumala or heritage or other milk brands also the quality of nandhani is bad if you clearly smell you will get to smell the cow dung smell in the milk during the process of boiling.

Even recommend this to your friends and relatives.

Automatically the company will get standardized and this is a company partly owned by Politian. Hence you will not get quality, quantity and response for complaints.

all necessary product — increase product MRP and sell to consumer

There is shop who sale all the daily and necessary product. and charge more than MRP written on product.
he does not have right to charge more.

kindly let me know how to take an action against that shop person.

I experienced the vendor charging a rupee or two extra than the MRP printed on the packs of Milk, curds, etc. The vendors address is situated at :
Pinky Plaza
Bibi Talaav
Vatva
Ahmedabad

What is use of commenting, the comments published here are more than one to two years old and so far no action has taken place.

There is a huge problem going on wherein the milk vendors take undue advantage of price confusion from the consumers. Different vendors charge different rates as per their whims and there is no fixed rates charged by them as per the print. Every vendor claims that the rates printed are old since the packages are old and that new packs are not yet released.

I wrote the following mail to [protected]@vsnl.net addressing the Dy Manager (MKTG) printed on the milk pack but the mail bounced back.

Please respond with the correct rates as on today for every Nandini milk packs and how are you going to address the issue and what action will you take if I make a complaint against the specific vendor located in my area if he refuses to sell the packs at the correct rates.

The store which is cheating the people is AJWA General Store situated in HSR Layout, 4th Sector, Near NPS Public School.

Strict action should be taken against the store and penalty should be imposed on such vendors indulging in such Mal-practices.

I called the toll free no. [protected] given on KMF website at 9.10 am on a Monday but there is no response. They are sleeping it seems.

I am also facing the same problem...but nobody from Nandini milk site and Govt are not at all interested to listen our problem...

Hi...i went to a nandini shop in nagarbhavi circle and i purchased paneer its MRP was 55 and they asked me to pay 54.i was shocked and asked them . They said that shop is their own and they already have more margin so we are giving 1rupee less.We find very rare in Bangalore.Shop is opposite to TVS showroom in nagarbhavi.

Still, charging extra Rs 1 in K R Puram for one packet milk and curd.
