Nandini Milk and MIlk Products Complaints & Reviews

Here in I. O. C. Road, Sipara - 800020, there are so many roadside vendors who have covered the road area and there is a consistent jam problem on daily basis. So please remove these vendors as sson as possible because if there might be an emergency need of medical or something then there would be no way to reach these services on time.

Local stores in Chinnapanahalli, Marathahalli, Bengaluru are charging one rupee extra on top of MRP value on every packet of milk that is sold.

The law states No products are to be sold more than Maximum Retail Price printed on the pack. Somehow it doesnot apply to NANDINI milk and curd. I have shifted residence from BTM to Lakkasandra in Bangalore. And shopkeepers no matter in which area, they charge extra. I am outraged because one of the shopkeepers charged me extra 2 Rs. It has gone from extra 50 paisa to 2 Rs because the authorities has ignored these trends. When you question the shop keeper they are very rude. When I told him it's against the law he asked me to go and complain !!! This is not happening in some rural area where people are uneducated. This is happening in Bangalore urban areas too.
When will KMF or consumer board take action in this regard. I desperately hope that authorities will step in and take necessary action.

I am Venkata Rao Gummalla, I am staying in anekal, bangalore, karnataka for the past 10 months. In this area all shop holders are selling NANDINI MILK PRODUCTS at Rs 2 above MRP. for example 250ml curd packet MRP is Rs 10 but they are selling at Rs 12. As per the norm, no product to be sold more than Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the pack. It seems that this is not appicable to NANDINI milk and MIlk products. You go to any shop in Bangalore where NANDINI products are sold, they take at least 50paise to 2 rupees more than the actual MRP printed on the pack. This is particularly true for MIlk and Curd products packed in 250ml, 500ml and 1L
