[Resolved]  National Institute Of Open Schooling — MASS COPYING AND SPOILING EDUCATION SYSTEM

Dear Sir/Madam,

During the last examination of NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling), I sent many mails to different officials of NIOS, Chief Minister of Orissa, President of India and different national news channels regarding the doing of Mr. Bijay Kumar Pattnaik, Director of Daniel Public School, At/PO: Brajrajnagar, Dist. Jharsuguda (Orissa), but no one takes any action against him.

Again the examination time has come. It is going to be held from 12.4.2010. A bribe of huge amount is ready to the services of examination centres during the examination to help in mass copying.


It is suspected that whole team is involved in it. Sir, again I am communicating the details of Mr. Bijay Kumar Pattnaik, Director of Daniel Public School, At/PO: BRAJRAJNAGAR, Dist. Jharsuguda (Orissa) – 768216.

Moreover, the people thought that he is the only king of NIOS, but there is also a ‘Father of Mr. Bijay Kumar Pattnaik’ who is running his shop at RAJGANGPUR, Dist. Sundargarh (Orissa). They are breaking the seal of question paper 2 or 3 days before the examination and preparing the answers for the question, thereafter Xeroxing the same and supplying it to students. For some special students, separate rooms are provided with special teachers.

Sir, the income of Mr. Bijay Pattnaik is in crores, that comes from NIOS, ICSE, NGO, Christian Mission etc. He was only a clerk in Electrical Department. Presently he has opened about 25 schools in Orissa. These schools are actually the collection centres of NIOS. We are not jealous of his income. But he is cheating the states and nation. He also a criminal of Income Tax & Sales Tax Department. He is going to build a Medical College very soon in or nearby Bhubaneswar. The work of Medical College is in progress. He has also purchased a number of flats in foreign countries. He is very very dangerous than Alqueda Chief Osama Bina Laden. We are aware of the ‘Atankwadies’. But, we are not aware from the person like Mr. Pattnaik. He is playing with the life of children and weakening their foundation. It is a very serious matter. Visit during the exam time, you will find everything. Kindly take the case seriously otherwise the future of brilliant students will spoil forever.

I am attaching the different files that is send previously to the official said above, for your kind information and taking immediate action please. If immediately action is not taken the life of brilliant student of nation will spoil forever and the rate of literate youth will increase in the nation in the very very wrong way. “YOU ALSO CAN BE AN AGENT OF MR. B.K.PATTNAIK, JUST YOU HAVE TO BRING CANDIDATE FOR HIM ANYHOW. WHETHER THE STUDENT IS NINTH PASSED OR FAILED, NOTHING MATTER. THEY PROVIDE EVERYTHING AND MAKE FORGERY PASS/FAIL CERTIFICATE OF PREVIOUS EXAM. FOR THEIR ELIGIBILITY.”
