I HAD ISSUED CHQ. FOR MY 2 WHEELER TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED INSURANCE CO. ON 12/10/2011 AND THE SAID CHQ. WAS CLEARED ON 15/10/2011 RESPECTIVELY. SINCE THE LAST 1 WEEK I AM IN TOUCH OVER THE PHONE WITH THE SAID OFFICIAL MR. SAWANT AT THE SAID INSURANCE COMPANY AND INSPITE OF REPEATED PROMISES I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RENEWAL POLICY. I NEED THE RENEWAL POLICY BECAUSE I AM TRAVELLING OUT OF MUMBAI TOMMORROW I.E. 05/11/2011 AND WITHOUT NEW POLICY IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME TO TRAVEL WITHOUT VALID INSURANCE POLICY INCASE TRAFFIC OFFICIALS ASK FOR IT. Insurance Company — misbehaviour of conductor

I boarded the bus no. KA 01 F 1348, route no. 369 C at 6 pm at Corporation bus stop on 26.08.2009. I saw the bus conductor harassing a 17 year old boy by confiscating his pass and not issuing the ticket too.He was requesting the conductor to give a ticket and return the pass. But the conductor was very rude to him. When I asked him, he spoke to me rudely and sarcastically and didn't tell me about the matter. I heard from other lady passengers too that this conductor is always creating some problem and it is unpleasant to travel in such busses after a hectic day. As we do not kinow whom to complain I am bringing this to your kind notice, hoping that some action is taken in this regard and conductors mend their ways for the good of all.

Insurance Company — Non receipt of the renewed insurance policy
I have sent a cheque to United India Insurance Company Ltd at Gee Gee Complex, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 002 for renewal of the Policy in the name of R.Sridhar. The cheque amount was received by the Company and the same has been debited in my account, but not yet received the renewed policy from the company. While enquiring about the policy to the company, they said that the same has been sent through professional courier (booking office at Chindadiripet vide shipper No.[protected] to the address mentioned in the policy (ie. R.Sridhar, Subaree Enclave, No.15, Ramakrishna Street, Pachaiyappan Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai 600 044) on 12.12.2008 but the said cover has been returned by the courier person stating that no such flat available there.I would like to inform that I am statying in that area for more than 10 years and no courier has been returned without delivering the consignment. Moreover it is in the main locality and i have received a lot of consignments especially from Professional Courier. I dont know for why it has happened like this?
Hope this will not happend again and now request you to deliver the above consignment to me at the earliest.
