Non receipt of Insurance amount claimed due to loss of property Policy number : 100600/81/08/[protected] 1. Burglary detected and lodged complain to Police and informed NIC immediately. 2.NIC agent visited the premise and inspected and assessed loss. 3. NIC told that Police complain is not FIR and hence FIR copy generated with attachment of old diary and submitted. 4. Despite several follow up and genuine case NIC refused to process this claim. As a common citizen of India, and being a aged woman I am feeling helpless in this situation and extremely disappointed with NIC service and if no action taken in future, I like to spread this news so that this kind of harassment should not occur in future to anybody else. There is no point of going for insurance with NIC if their officers responded in this way. I shall not continue with NIC in future, if not action is taken with immediate effect.
