The undersigned submitted an application of complain dated 1-9-011 with local branch Manager, Sri P.C.Mishra, National Insurance Co.Ltd Dhanbad division in respect of insurance claim, copy of which attached herewith.The aforesaid manager refused to acknowledge the letter of complaint dated 1-9-011 which had high importance to sort out the grievance of the undersigned. The undersigned regrets to inform that if the public authority of such esteem financial institution takes the grievance of the consumer/holder so lightly and even refuses to hear the difficulty of the holder/consumer and behaves them with an attitude of humiliation it would be difficult for a bona fide holder to submit their grievance.
