[Resolved] National Insurance Mediclaim Policy — Non Receipt of claim settlement against mediclaim | |||
Dear sir, With due respect i draw your kind attention Regarding self mediclaim policy vide no: 351800/46/11/[protected] of national insurance co ltd,through bajaj capital against,branch off no: DRO1/DO18 and card no: baj-nic-ihi[protected].Sudden onset illness on 08/08/2012 at my service place at Haldia after that i went to go my hometown at bishnupur and admitted in bishnupur S.D.Hospital near about 11 pm.Treatment running 5 days upto 13/08/2012 after that Dr. suggested to kolkata for better Treatment. So Treatment done at RTIICS,Mukundapur,kolkata on 14/08/2012 and i am adviced for completely bed rest. I am submitted my all originals Treatment documents to bajaj capital's office at kolkata on 31/08/2012. I am contacting Delhi office and getting my claim no:148168 and after a few days getting message from EWA on 20/09/2012 that my claim is denied by EWA and advise for writting to kol office.Sir, why my claim is denied. If self policy holder is not getting benefit in self hospitalization , so what is the necessary for mediclaim policy at national insurance. For your information that I am getting my cashless card on the month of Sept.2012 where as I am introducing for mediclaim at national insurance through Bajaj capital March 2012. I am giving several information over mail to Kolkata office ,Delhi office Gurgoan office regarding non receipt of claim settlement,but in vain. Actually national insurance officials advice to TPA for settlement of claim but till date there is not giving any positive ans, they repeatedly told that my case is not hospitalization. I am submitting all original cash memo, money receipt, bills etc for n/a as well as Govt Hospital admission /Discharge certificate along with 5 days Govt Hospital's paying bed charges slip,ECG charges slip etc.After very much fed-up I am not renewing the existing self medi claim policy for the year 2013-14. MI INSURANCE — NON SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM
My maruti swift has meet with an major accident on 22/01/2010 at chandigarh & claim no is CL/60135559/90612972.Since then it's lying at M/S AUTOPACE for repairs,but the surveyor Mr Gurcharn Singh deputed by NIC after taking the initial photographs is not setteling the claim despite all relevent documents desired by him are submitted to him.
I am an ex service man & this kind of service is being given to us.Please look into the matter & ask your insurance partner NIC to settle claim without any furthur delay.

My grievance number is GRI[protected] which has not been resolved and i have been getting message from BZ -NICL TD that it has been resolved, so kindly give the attention and stop giving false information or else we will go to consumer court.
Insurance — CLAIM AND ADVISE
DEAR SIR/MADAM,MY MOTERBIKE HAS STOLEN SINCE 4-8-08. FIRSTLY I INFORM POLICE STAT.. 4-8-08. BUT THEY INFOR ALL POICE STATION BY WIRELESS. SECOND DAY I GIVE APPLICATION TO POLICE STAT.
AND INFORM INSURENCE COMPANY FIR DARZ 9-8-08.
NOW I SENT TO ALL DOUMENT FOR CLAIM TO INSURENCE CO. (IFFCO TOKIO). AMOUNT IS 29000/- AND HE GIVING 24600 ONLY . I M NOT SATISFIED . HE SAYING YOU ARE LATE FOR FIR DARZ.. HE CUT AMOUNT . PLZ WHAT U SAY
