[Resolved] Service — job portal compalint

Respcted sir/madam,

I taken employer classfied package from, they have very poor service by jeta in north delhi brance, when i given her request for change my email id in my employer a/c, she refuse me for change my email id. and she didnot mentioned any terms &condition . sometime before I request her for change soemthng, what I understood service is very poor ???

I request all public read my message and revert me...

Dont post Tanla Recruitment in ur site, it is fault Recruitement, there is no recuritment.

We are all tanla employees. Please help me all tanla layoff employees.
Tanla also same as sat yam, it is worsted company, no projects are running, but they release good profits, it is ok if profits is there why they removed all employees. The story of the company: it is public limited company, for their share value increase purpose they release every quarter good results. Total frauding company, please anybody investigate and check their accounts. Am worked their last one and half year, am frankly saying there is no work and also no expert employees all are CMD recommended candidates. Am not mention the party name, that party is full support to tanla company. That party is one of the sleeping partner in tanla.
Tanla is layoff employees around 250 empl just wondering the basis for the tanla solutions, it is not cost cutting, they boasted and screamed abt the profits and comp growth for the past one decade.
it is worst company i ever worked in. they recruited employees offering huge salaries but no work planned for them. as the indian got announced that there will no layoff in India. these tanla
Management buggers wanted to encash the situation and planned to sell off the entire unit to one norway based company, and that company wants only 150 employees to be on board. so they started axing employees they are very clever, thereby have not caned all employees i one instance, they are gradually reducing manpower by 10-12 employees on a daily basis. they started this exercise since November, you can check the attendance register if required. they may achieve their target of axing employees by this month end. even there is a rumour that they have not filed employees PF and their contribution to PF office. they have terminated employees without giving any notice period or settlement amount, its shame on their part. employees are totally dependent on them with their families with small kids, where these employees will go now, iwth this type of job market around it is very difficult to get other job also. the non management of tanla is very perfect. i pray the director and people who are involved in this layoff should be hanged in front of sacked employees and their families. i request all sacked employees to put their blogs here and come on the common platform. we will make union and screw them to their glory. They put all investment in their aparna constructions.

I have been registration in on dated 8-08-08.( four service package ) ( since from last 09 month ) to till date no any interview call from any companyor any consultants through . received only some mail but it is not match to my profile .

I have faced same problem with Naukri.coms resume service:
I have complaint the issue to the consumer forem
Dear naukri team,

This is in regards with the Naukri resume service.I have got a cal from henna Bhandari for the Naukri resume services and i was told by your team that after paying for the services i will be getting the jobs calls and will be getting some special services.

I would like to tell you that after paying for the services i have not received a single mail or a cal from from anyone for the job.

And the best part is that even i have not received a single cal from your naukri team after paying for the services.

I was the one who called your naukri team (Anshu mathur)as you have made my resume completly wrong.

After a long follow up finaly your team has made my resume correct.

Now its been more than two months i have enrolled for your services and i have not received any cal.

I have my full doubt on your team that you guys have cheated me.

Further more i need a refund of my all the charges which i paid to Naukri team for the services within 48 hours.If i will not get any reply or call with in 48 hours than i will complaint this to Consumer forum of india and media also.

i am also the victim from tanla.Frankly speking, these is an worst company in the hyderabad i ever seen.People dont invest on any money on this company shares.I know they pruly depend on share only.See it definetly they will close company in one midknight.Please beware about this company. is the job portal which only takes money by offering services to you but after once you pay they will never look back to you.

Here Are my own Real experience with Naukri Resume Paid Services.

I am the one paid customer to Naukri almost 1 year, Fo Naukri Subscription those guys will simply bluff this, that, bla bla bla.. don't rely on wht those guys will tell you, coz you will get the Completely -Ve result what those guys will tell b4, If you call to any Naukri office and ask them for your resume status and I don't get a call like this, those guys will reply that you cannot belive if I say, the worst, also other people who have not subscribed to Naukri paid services will get lot of job mails rather than you. so this is not my suggestion My humble request to you aspired customers Never Subscribe for Paid service.

1. Just Upload your CV in Naukri for Free.
2. Stay Away from getting Naukri Subsciption.
3. Better upload your CV in Monster you will get a Quality calls which will exatly suits to yuor CV but Don't subscribe to paid services.

I have purchase naukri account last year in 13, 000/-(1000 Classified) but in curent year naukri price is very high he want rs.18, 000/-Indian law is very poor law, I want to permanent solutions for naukri buyers.

Ya sucks;-) No job for entry level candidates... all sites in uae for jobs demand money... don't waste money. get job through references..
