[Resolved]  Naukri — FastForward Paid services

Hi, I have opted for paid job placement service calld FastForward from Naukri in Aug 2012. It has been 4 months now, but so far I have not got any calls for interview even though they have worked on resume and 'ramped it' up.

When I pointed this out they come back saying job is not guaranteed. They don't even guarantee a call or an interview. As it is their free services are pathetic. Expecting that their paid services are better is just a nightmare.

They provide an email address called [protected]@naukri.com. For any escalations, we can write to [protected]@naukri.com. Reality is that writing to these emails have given no results. All that they will say is there is no guarantee of a job even after a seeker goes for their paid service.

Another thing is their Service Head is not a senior person in the organisation who will look at all the escalations. Her signature is something like below:

Does this look like the email address of a service head? Its pretty obvious she is only an executive and replies on behalf of someone from the senior management. Her LinkedIn profile is

Its pretty obvious Naukri is only taking its customers for a ride. Before the payment is made, they will promptly call you to discuss about your interests and everything. Once the payment is done, they will only take their own sweet time to reply to concerns of their customers and give them scant regard. Even the jobs they send is one level below what you are already are. For a Sr. Developer, they send Developer openings and similarly for others. They say they send the resumes to many consultants once. Even there the customers are never CCd. At least they can BCC the consultants and Cc the customer. They don't even care to do that.

I would hence like the consumer forum to come forward and ensure my money is returned. They charge close to 9K and its not even worth a penny. Please do the needful.
