Dear sir,
This is vineetha, i send refrigirator,(P017059) from hyderabad to ongole by navata transport hyderabad,dilsukhnagar branch on 17th dec.2010.it was first time i went there actually .they didnot gave me the detailed information,so i didnot submitted the bill slip.they delivered my good without billslip.so A.C.T.O of suryapet caught my good .they told me to pay 14.5%of my bill amount.so i suffered alot. i didnot recieve my good yet. please consider my request for justice.please punish navata transport employees.they are not doing their work properly.
