[Resolved]  Navata Road Transport — Rice bag short delivery

Kphb Kukatpally navata transport

I have booked 2rice bags (100kgs) to transport from mulugu dist to kphb Kukatpally on 6th of August -2021, with LR number -72693 and they committed to deliver within 3 to 4days.
and they delivered 1bag short delivery on 9th of August -2021
Another 1bag we still not get. almost 1month completed
And no response from branch side
I have called them many times and customer care people are saying we are taking.sir
This is a worst service I have ever seen
