[Resolved]  Navata Road Transport — My parcel not reached

Hello sir,
We are from anaparthi, andhrapradesh.
we booked 1 parcel from hyderabad to anaparthi at 6th august 2021. LR no - P050549.

I'm tracking my consignment through online, from 3 days it shows only "ready to delivery" but still it is not reached to me. Kindly check below attachment as a screen shots.

i contact so many times to anparthi branch person. only two times he is available from that day to today. every time his cell is in switchoff mode or not working mode.
response is also very poor.. atleast he didn't trying to ask some other braches.

he received LR but finally he said we don't know about your parcel.

How irresponsibility it is???

Some other person lift my call in office and said I'm new in this place i don't know about parcels and loading. Agent is in leave up to 4 days..

What is this ?? We are Waiting for parcel from 6th august onwards.. atleast they are not trying to respond properly to customers.. how can we use your transport sir..?

I have been experiencing mental stress about my parcel since 4 days..
Kindly trace out and take action on it. Please do something to get back my parcel as soon as possible sir...
It's already too late..
