[Resolved]  Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation — Online payment of property tax

Property tax payment — Property tax related

On 23 of November 2011, I had given check to BBMP in the name of 'commissioner, BBMP'.
Its been a month since than but its still pending with them.

My application number which they had given is[protected].

Kindly suggest if i can do something apart from bribe.

sir i am paying the property tax regulary my nos is BE[protected] BUT FROM LAST YEAR I AM GETTING A WRONG BILL WITH THE NO-BE[protected] AND WITH A BIG AMOUNT AND WHEN I WENT TO THE WARD OFFICE THEY SAID TO ME TO GO TO TURBHE OFF, AND AFTER A CONTIONOUS VISIT THEY ASKED FOR THE PROOF, THEREAFTER I SUBMITED ALL MY CESS, LIGHT, TELEPHONE ETC BILLS AND AFTER A LONG PROCESS THEY GAVE MY ORIGINAL BILL AND I MADE THE PAYMENT WITH DELAY CHARGES, BUT THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN CONTINUED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DELAY CHARGES, BUT NOW AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM FOLLOWED, PLEASE SIR DO THE NEEDFUL THINGS MY CONTACT NO IS 27575430 AND MOBILE NO IS [protected] AND EMAIL ID IS [protected]@yahoo.com

Last year I paid the property tax online and that was a good experience. But this year the site of NMMC is opening, but unable to pay property tax online. Will NMMC look into it.

First time I tried to pay property tax online but, unable to pay property tax. Pl. look into the matter and update the site /repair.

Problem continues even now. On-line payment is not possible. NMMC does not appear to be serious in resolving the issue & wants people to Q up for payment...
