I have booked Connection of Domestic Meter. My demand Note No. 154414 and Request No. [protected]. After issued my demand Note
I suffered continuously harassment . I called customer care no 20 times. Every time my meter issue. But installer make new story every time. Under Construction, Unelectified area, you are late on spot .finally today 21st Nov 2008 when i shown him property documents and demand note then told me its not possible because on the way of wire other plot in this street has 6 Connection N.D.P.L and this colony has around up 6000 Connection every day installed meter. My right neighbor and left neighbor, behind my house already NDPL connection. I have proofed through K.No. and also they visited . But they submit always false statement. I told him. But they refused to installation of Meter. I put only one question when i submit application form or time of 1st visit why they not arise such question.
22-11-08 I called Customer Care then i received message its unelectified area again and again they changed own statement 25-11-08 Pole Required Bhalaswa Zone Approved. Finally I frusted and not able to shift own house from three month to till date.

I suffered continuously harassment . I called customer care no 20 times and daily submit complaint and wait for positive reply but till date no any date when my meter installed Plz Provide sufficient Date or positive E Mail when Meter Installed Because i am unable to shift my house or take electricity without meter what I do. . Every time my meter issue. But installer make new story every time. My self is Suresh Singh I have applied for new electricity connection thru request no [protected] in month of May 2009, but as per NDPL there is outstanding Amount against this property (in different name) and I have to clear this amount first only after that new connection will be install
Actually previously this was a big land and in one small portion someone have installed the connecting and this man have not pay the electricity bill ….. Now I have purchase one portion of this big land and apply for new connection but NDPL is saying to me clear the dues first ………….
I have so many time already given clarification to NDPL that both are separate land and this due not belong to me but NDPL is not ready to listen anything ……… their simple answer is that pay first due amount than new electricity connection will be install ……….
Now my request is that why I should pay this amount when this is not belong to me also both land are separate – 2 ……………………

I applied for new connection - Request No.[protected]. The connectioon has not been sanctioned so far despite the fact that all documents asked were submitted vide Dy. No.1543675 dt. 8.9.09. I tried to rang up CCR but no satisfactory reply is given At the outset, i was told that the required documents have bee filed. When I gave the Dy. No. i was told that you will receive a call. But nothing has so far.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and expedite installation of the connection at my Residence No. A-17, Ashok Vihar, Phase II, Delhi-110052.

After getting Demand Note No.396094 from your office, we have deposited
Rs.2250 on 27th January'2010. Our request No. is [protected] and K No.[protected].
On a query we came to know from your office that, above area is a non
electrified area. To avail immediate connection one affidavit for 50% cost
sharing is required. Accordingly we filed an affidavit with immediate
effect. Now when we are asking about connection, your Keshab Puram office is
saying that, pls. visit our District office Rohini. District office rohini
is saying Pls.call to customer care. Customer care is saying, Pls. visit our
Zonal office Rohini, Sector-11. Zonal office is saying as it is a non
electrified area, it will take time. There is no end of our running from

be availed, then why demand notice was issued to us and even why we are

sir, i have applied for new IP connection request no. [protected] . DEMAND NOTE NO 292529 AMOUNT OF RS 53500 WAS SUBMITED BY ME ON 31JULY2009 . NDPL HAS ASKED ME THE TIME OF 120 DAYS BUT THEY HAVEN'T INSTALLED THE CONNECTION. PLEASE INSTALLED THE CONNECTION IMMEDIATLY . THANKYOU
