i had applied 26/01/2015 for name change in the name of mandeep singh ([protected]).i have my plot paper in my mother name and construct 2 floors.on each floor having different ndpl electricity connections.On both connection i applied name change.Other name change request is resolved in the name of sandeep kaur ([protected]) and
new CA no is:[protected].when property paper is same for both request, how they aprove for request: [protected]..

now they are hrash my mother said your papers are not registered, so how they allot me electricity connection.

      आदरणीय वरिष्ठ अधिकारी महोदय विषय:- मीटर न लग पाने की स्थिति में मीटर लगाने हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र महोदय निवेदन इस प्रकार से है कि मेरा नाम रूबी देवी है ! तथा मैं दिल्ली के रोहिणी सेक्टर-२ के विजय विहार में रहती हूँ मैने 26-Jun-2014 को बिजली मीटर के लिए आवेदन किया था जिसका आवेदन नंबर[protected] है पहले तो मुझसे सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा कराये गए! बाद में ये कह कर मेरा मीटर रोक दिया की मेरे पते पर पुराना बिल रूपये 10000/- का बाकी है जो की चेतन सिंह के नाम था जो की कभी इस पते पर था ही नहीं मैने अपने घर की जरुरी कागजात की पुरी चेन आप के ऑफिस ले गया और मेरे पते पर गलत शेष राशि को ठीक करवाया! और फिर मेरे मीटर के लिए रूपये 4200/- का मांग पत्र निकाला गया ! जिसके पैसे भी जमा कर लिए गए हैं पैसे जमा करने के बाद भी मेरा मीटर नहीं लगाया जा रहा क्यों ? जब भी मैं आप के दफ्तर जाती हूँ तो ओ 15 दिन का आश्वाशन दे कर भेज देतें हैं! मीटर लगाने एक लाइनमैन आया तो वो बोला कि इस ट्रान्सफर्मर में जगह नहीं है और बोला कि जब मुझे प्रशांत जी कहेंगे तो मैं मीटर लगा दूंगा ! उससे ये पूछे जाने पर की औरों के मीटर कैसे लग रहे हैं तो वो बोला उनकी पर्ची लग कर आयीं थी! मैं पूछना चाहती हूँ की वो पर्ची कैसे होती है ? प्रशांत के पास गयी तो उसने कहा की वो कोर्ट के माध्यम से लगे हैं फिर 15 दिन का आश्वाशन दे कर कहा की आप को नयी लाइन खीच कर उससे 15 दिन में मीटर लगा के देंगे ! पर आज लगभग 8 माह हो गए अभी तक मीटर नहीं लगा है ! मेरे बगल पड़ोशियों ने जिन्होने मेरे से बाद में आवेदन किया था बाद में आवेदन करने वालों का मीटर लग चूका है क्यों ? क्या मीटर लगवाने के लिए कोर्ट में जाना जरूरी है क्या ? तो मैं एक प्रार्थना पत्र (अर्जी ) कोर्ट में भी दे देती हूँ ! अतः आप से निवेदन है की मेरा मीटर लगवाने की कृपा करें आपकी बड़ी मेहरवानी होगी ! धन्यबाद निवेदक: नाम:-रूबी देवी पत्नी श्री सुनील कुमार आवेदन क्रमांक :[protected] पता:-103, प्रथम तल, खसरा क्रमांक 9/2/12, विजय विहार फेस-2 फ़ोन क्रमांक.:[protected]

My meter is very fast sir i register complaint against it but nobody took any action they said that i[censored] have so many equipments at ur home it means u r using all of these eqipments sir in this winter season when nothin is on at night oly one refrigerator is generating 5-6 unit in one night sir i went to shakti nagar but they talk very rudely my c.A. Sunita saini, sir mere bachche summer me pareshan rehte hai per koi solution nhi mil raha pls help me sir pls main aapka bahut ehsaanmand rahunga agar mera meter chane ho jaata hai to . Pehle mere meter sahi laga hua tha usme reading sahi aati thi per last year march 2014 me mera meter change hua or tab se ye ho raha hai

            Hi, I would like to draw your attention regarding the Complaint Number:[protected] that i have registered yesterday on 05 January 2015 at 6 pm and the reason for that was the power failure, but after registering the complaint i gave many calls and your Technician came after 10 pm in the night and did not have sufficient resources to repair it as it was a fault in the cable(they discovered the fault in the connection cable in the night) and promised me the solution in the morning due to the lack of resources, but in the morning they came up and established a temporary connection instead of giving me a permanent solution to the problem.The temporary connection that they have provided is not feasible as its not secure and the children use to play around that area and might lead to accidents.So i request you to please look into the matter priority basis provide me with the permanent solution of this problem asap.               Sir/madam While applying for meter (CA No;[protected]) in Dec.2012, I had been charged Rs3000 as SLD, in addition to security money Rs1200. Since it was a ''GOVERNMENT ACCOMADATION'' ; there should not be any such charge. I have already requested for refund of both (Request No:[protected]), on 13/11/2014., but through telephonic confirmation I came to know about refund of only security money Rs1200, and that too in the form of CHEQUE whereas I had opted for direct A/C transfer.                 sir/madam, I had applied for one more new connection at House No. 6, Gali No.15A, A2 Block West Sant Nagar, New Delhi. I Paid Rs. 4200 for demand note on 18/10/2014. after lapse of more than 50 days no any information received for new connection. I also contact to Customer care, but not satisfactory reply so far. Requset look into the matter personally and install new connection in my house. regards.

                  CA No [protected] is a commercial connection in name of Praveen Saxena at A 45 Naraina Industrial Area Phase 2 New Delhi 110028 but this connection is used for industrial purpose. The name of his firm is Praveen Industrial Plastic Corporation. He does not have factory license also. Kindly take some strict action.

                    sir/ madam, I had applied for load reduction for my permanent connection for[protected] and pay all bills and dues my notification request no. Is .[protected]. ndpl had itself increased my load & charges add to my bill, which i had paid. from last six month i used only 0.44 kw due to this my current fixed charges increased by 2.5 times, now company asking for visit head office & submitt documents and not ready to refund excess charges, which i had paid for slab increase.

                      sir/ madam, I had applied for new permanent connection for my floor on[protected] and submitted documents on[protected], my notification no. Is [protected] . i was told that your request has been pending for some dues which are on the name of mr sunder lal bhatia (my nebiour) i had visited your larance road office twice & also deposited copy of my property papers and told them that these dues not belongs to my property as it is seperatly build up . i am being confirmed that my issues will be solved within three working days and demand note will be issued . now its three months, site visit is also done after making 100 calls on your coustomer care still no action has been done yet my status is still same. i am regularly in touch with customer care from last three months you can check your records. thanks & regards Gaurav Mehta [protected]

                        Sir/madam I have applied for shifting of feeder box in front of my house no BE-65 west Shalimar a Bagh on 14august 2014 at ndpl office in shalimar bagh .But still after so many days still no actions has been taken even after calling 2-3times to ndpl customer care centre . Sir I wanna draw your kind attention to the ndpl feeder box which is installed right in the centre of my house . Sir I just want to get it shifted at the corner of the house so that I can utilise my front area to certain extent as a parking as u know that the parking in delhi is one of the nightmares of delhites.                             I am to inform you that I made 5-6 complaints against electricity theft at Resident of House No. 196, Gali no -8, main road libaspur. raju s/o ram bhagwan he is doing Theft from past 8-9 years. they are putting theft machine in first floor inside the bathroom. there has 2 bathroom . please check each bathrooms . this is my final complaint for TPDDL. PLease do some action. otherwise i will going higher officers then you know...

                              This complaint is regarding power shutdown for so long time in Burari area. Every time there is a maintenance work going on. When we make call in the customer care office they provide us the wrong information. In the morning of 18th June 2014 at 12:00 am in the morning the light cuts started and whole night it was like that and in the morning 4:00 am light has gone. Now at 2:45 pm there is no light and I am writing this complaint in no light. It is almost going to be 12 hours when there is no light. This is a poor condition of this area that every time there is a situation like that. When the wind blows slowly and rain drizzle over there NDPL got burst and light goes in that area. Every time when we call in the customer care office regarding asking about when will the light come they have only one answer maintenance work is going on over there or this maintenance work going over there for life time validity and it will no end of the maintenance work. I asked them about the zonal manager’s number they told we don’t provide any number to you. Is this is the customer care which don’t have the proper information regarding any question and that is only for the name. On 18th June, 2014 they provide me the number and that was shame for the NDPL personnel that they all are just for name and they cheated the people of the society by serving them the wrong information and improper services. I provide you the number that you provided me today after so long time and that was only for prank all outgoing banned on that number when I call on that number Mr. Sanjeev “[protected]”. Please take the proper action on that issue so that no one can face same problem again.

                                  we are the NDPL user of your company our ca number is [protected] and meter number is 5529816..in current bill when meter reader come for reading he ask us for bribe but we refuse to give bribe ..so he send us our meter load 25.78 in our street there is 10 house if you calaulate the total load of 10 houses is not 25kw then how it is possible that my house load is 25kw..we are reequesting you kindly check this matter and reply us as soon as possible otherwise this matter will goo to consumer court..kindly correct the bill our maximum load is 4.66 and senction load is 5kw if you have some common sense then how it is possible that the load is 25kw.kindly resolved this matter we will be thankful to you

LTD.(NDPL) Inderpuri, Delhi this is to bring in your kind notice that an electricity pole is installed just in front of our property.our main gate entry is almost blocked by this pole and we are unable to do the parking of our vehicle in our premises the pole can be relocated in the very opposite direction of the boundary of MCD school as the pole in the lane.the address detail is as under: 5/13, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-110015. You are requested to relocate this above pole at the earliest.

I am the resident of H.No.-8613, 1st floor, Sidipura East Park Road, Karol bagh, New Delhi -110005. I have paid all our bill Regularly but I got 1 Bill for Rs. – 2,13,356/- which is not belong to us. CA no. of this bill is different. This bill is belong to other Address i.e. H.No.-8612-13, Plot no.-8614, Goushala Road, Sidipura,Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. I complaint about this in NDPL Keshavpuram Office, but no one help us. We request you to please advise us where we can complaint for this & get solution. We are requested to please take appropriate step to look in this matter How it’s possible we pay the amount which belongs to Other person, its duty to NDPL to recover his money from Correct person, not from others. Please expedite the work to provide the necessary relief subjected to the above sited matter in favour of the Justice.
