NDPL — new connection

i had applied for a new connection at my premises on 9th jan 2010.first of all the site visit was conducted by ndpl represntative. then after that i was asked that my premises have some dues towards ndpl so that u have to visit CMG keshav puram with a id proof which includes your granfather's name so i visited on 25th jan 2010. here the ndpl representative had told me after verifying that the dues don't belongs to you so you shall contact after 3-4 working days. i then made contact and came to know that now they have inserted a new due is pending against me & asked me to visit CRO at your district office . then i visited CRO on 6th feb 2010. here the CRO accepted that this was the mistake of the department that they had identified som other person with same first name but different surnames. he also told me to contact after 3-4 working days, but after many times contacting and after the period approx. 40 days the reply was updated with a new problem. this time the deparment is telling that your premises is bieng used for comm. use & there is no electrification in the said area and for this you have to pay 50% of of the cost for the electrification and asked me to visit CMG keshav puram again to clarify this. so i visited on 1st may 2010. now from our side The premises is used as Ground floor:Parking for my Car : and the first floor for Accomodation. and the second point o[censored]nelectrified area I had earlier given the K. No. available at other premises of the both sides of my premises. so how can any body can say that the area is unelectrified The request no. is [protected] in the name of Sh.
