[Resolved]  Ndpl — Electricity theft

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the theft of electricity in my area. Sir my neighbour Satish Sharma, address 895/6, ward No-8, mehrauli.Delhi 110030 is thieving “ELECTRICITY” since last 8-9 Months. Every Night he uses tempered meter to switch off the unit consumed. He has tempered meter done by a local electrician. infact some officials are also involved in this. he gave them a bribe for this. His electricity consumption is very high in night. He theft your valuable electricity power in above mentioned address. Sir I have already given so many written and orally (by phone) complaint but no one take appropriate action towards my complaint. I hope you will take immediate action about this.

NDPL — No installing of Meter after depositing of Demand not Amount Rs. 900/-

Dear sir,
I am resident of Jhuggi No. 37, Ground Floor, Nirman Mazdoor Aawas Sthal, Village Haiderpur Delhi-88. My mobile no.[protected], I have deposited a sum of amount Rs. 900 (nine hundred only) on 31 October 2008 . My Request no. [protected]. I regret to inform you that Electricity Meter connection has still not been installted.
Kindly look into the matter.

Mr.K.K Tandon is commiting theft of electricity with remote with the helpof meter reader o[censored]PPCL at HD 142 Sector I Jankipuram Using 3 AC+4 GEYSER +10 celing fans+nos. of light. And we innocent payer full amount of electricty.Let them go and check his meter

NDPL — Not providing new electric connection in a house having no plaster

I applied for a connection with NDPL with Registration Request No. [protected]. I have completed Internal Wiring with Main MCB, but when Mr. Sudhanshu visited the site, he said that new connectio cannot be provided to you as your house has not been plastered, and put the case Site Under Construction. I request him to provide the connection, as I am not in a position to plaster the house in shortage of money and I would like to live in Plasterless house. But he completely denied. Then I called customer care of NDPL and asked Mr. Prashant (Customer Care Executive) to provide the norms required for providing the new connection, but as per her information he has not this type of information. Then I asked him " May he give in writing that NDPL cannot provide the connection to a plasterless house", but he says that he is not able to give the same in writing.

Now I want to know an answer of following question from NDPL Higher authorities

Does a house without plaster fall under construction as per NDPL?

i would like to inform you that the addres B-56 Veer Singh Colony Budh Vihar Phase -2 New Delhi -85, i purchased this house 4 months back & the last owner logged a request for the disconnection and the meter got disconnected in september 2008, now i came to know in september that some persons are illegally entered in the house and using the illegal electricity from the pole, so i logged a police complaint on 30 sep 09 in sultan puri station, also on 4 feb 09 write a complaint at pitam pura NDPL. so pls check and take the action. would like to draw your kind attention towards the theft of electricity in my area. I kindly draw your attention towards theft of electricity in our locality.Mr Anil, Sunil and Vikas Shokeen (all are real brothers) Resident of Mangol Pur Kalan opposite pocket 5 sector 2 Rohini they all are indulge in theft of electricity for last couple of years.They distribute electricity to their tenantes by illegale and faulty electricity sub meters.Please take some strict action against them.One more thing i want to share with you they theft electricity before 8 am and after 7 pm daily.All because of these peoples your costing is increased and we innocent people bare your losses in form of increase of electricity cost by you.So please do something urgently.

Munni Devi w/o Shri Awedesh Kumar are illegall use the electricity in the house and using the illegal electricty from the pole, so please check and take the action. I have also compliant in writting in your office at naniwala bagh on 7.3.2009 against them. Till dated, the action has not against, so far. Every day & night persons living their are taking electicity from the pole near to the house. Their electricity consumption is very high in night. They theft your vauable electricity power in above mentioned address. Sir, I have already given so many written and orally (by phone) complaint but no one take appropriate action towards my complint. I hope you will take immediate action about this.

several factory is running in keshav nagar mukti ashram, there is no any electric meter, and taking direct line from poll by envelopment by ndpl staff . several complaint have been sent to ndpl, but there is no action due the reason best know byndpl officer
kindly take early action to any major fault. and avoid heavy loss

COUNSLLER AND MLA WANT PUBLICITY WITHOUT ANY HARD WORK.
LOCAL RESIDIENTAL WANT WORK AND FACILITY.
IT IS THERE FOR REQUESTED TO HIGHER AUTHORITY KINDLY GIVE THE STRICTLY INSTRUCTION TO HIS STAFF THEN CAN INSTALL THE STREET LIGHT IN ABOVE COLONY TILL 31.3.2009.

He has Domestic Connection, but he is using its for comercial like workshop of plastic componenets, plastic items we all the neighbour of same are requesting to you please teaking the action immediately, we had already complant abt its some days before but nobody taking the action about its ... He theft your valuable electricity
power in above mentioned address. I hope you will take immediate action about this.

there is electicity theft is going on in my area. in all charitable clinic of physiotherapy. they run there clinic in name of charity but they did comercial activity in all charitables. they charge according to private clinic and said they are doing charity. there meter is according to residencial meter not commercial meter. they give bill on residencial bill 1 rupee per unit instead of 7 rupee per unit. they all are in balaji mandir, prashant vihar, jain sthanak mandir, prashant vihat, gurudwara, in prashant vihar sect 14, mandir in sect-7. and many for charitable in gurudwara, mandir, jain mandir, all are in rohini.

they use residencial meter instead of commercial meter. for 8-10 hr daily.

managemnt of charitable. they all gave "money/ rishwat/ghoose" to local people who come for meter reading.

plz plz do strict action against all these charitable

There is lot of electricity theft in progress in Pallav Puram Phase ! Modipuram (Meerut) especially in D block people are using AC and other heavy load electric instruments ( Especislly some with fake netas type log ) with the help of the meter reader the theft is in its full flow.
Here the people who are paying bill with honesty feel very bad. Please arrange a surprise check and you will find a lot there.
