[Resolved]  Nokia — need your kind attention sir !

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring your kind attention on the bad experience I faced with your so called trusted brand “Nokia “ .
I started using Nokia since 2002 and upgraded my phone with Nokia only as my requirement got increased with time, I got your reference through my friend when I shared the same with him.

Plz go through
• I bought Nokia N-82 2 GB on 27th Feb-2009 from RelianceDigital Retail limited, Vashi, Navi Mumbai .
• Products details are-(serial no-[protected]).
• I started facing problem with the device with in 1 month like internet access didn’t work and screen display(horizontal and vertical screen set) ), when I contacted reliance digital they convinced me after restart the phone twice and said it won’t come again .
• More problem started after few days like ( call drop, not audible while making and receiving calls and same screen set-up ), when I again approached reliance they felt that it was problem in the device and referred me to your NOKIA Care, there I felt like cheated after waiting for more than 2 hours I learnt that my phone couldn’t get repaired and I was told that they will sent it to Delhi and after 10- 15 days they will revert me, I was ready for that a but when I asked for a stand by phone since they had taken my phone for maintenance, I was offered a very normal phone . now would u be able to use a normal phone after using high end phones like n-82, it doesn’t suit, u can understand it, at least for those who have faced problem within 2 months of purchase date .
• I had to use some other brand which I had to borrow from my friend.
i VISITED NOKIA CARE ON 16th of May to collect my phone, i was again surprised that phone was in the same condition as, i was again told that please come after 15 days .
• It has been today 20, i have given my phone to Nokia center .
• Finally I request you to help me to get either my refund as I have lost my faith on Nokia or whatever best u can do from your end but I want solution asap .
• I hope you will understand my problem and help me .
