Neighbour — Extremely heavy load machine in neighbour

Hi there,

Can anyone help me in shutting down the exteremely heavy load machine? In our neighbour there is a small factory (only one machine). They run a heavy load machine which procudes exteremely high noise. It also produce very high vibrations continuously throughout the day. Because of Vibration 3-4 houses on all sides of that small factory gets virbrations. These houses base is getting weaker and weaker day by day and one day I am pretty sure that some of them will go into earth.

Is there any way I can get this machine shut down?

I can provide more details once someone tell me the way to get rid of small factory. The factory has only one machine but it disturb eveyone nearby.

Neighbour — Neighbour - not taking efforts to clean their backyard, which is leading to snakes, bats come into our house!

I am Asha Mathew, staying in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Our house is located in a residential colony and is inbetween (in the middle of) 4 houses. One of our neighbours' backyard is facing our house main door, and the problem is - they have not cleaned their backyard (2 cents place) which has now wild plants growing above 7 feet. We requested them to cut the same becuase many wild insects, snakes, and bats have started to visit our house. We cant even sit with the front door open, or open any windows to let any fresh air in.

Our other neighbours and myself had requested (pleaded!) them to clean it. I even arranged a person to clean it with all expenses paid by myself, still they are not responding. each time they keep saying they will do it later.
I would like to know - If I can raise a complain against them. I am least bothered if they think I am rude, but I am worried about my aged parents who are now not in a position to manage themselves if a snake crawls in.

Ours is not a "forest area". It is within the city.. and the plants they are having in the backyard has nothing to do with "healing ones" or even "decorative ones".

It just gives the feel of an adventure! a terrible one with no hopes of returning alive... I have no other choice but to go legal. I would like to have some direction on this.

(when we told them that a snake was found on our verandhah - they claimed it should not be a poisonous one- however, I dont need a justification on that and risk my pparents and my life. Including my dogs too. On telling them that bats started frequenting our houise - they claimed its FINE! Helloo- I might lose my life out of fear, Imagin a bat in the living room!. My mother has developed dangerous rashed on her body, I fear if she needs a traetment that might even force her to be on bed rest.).

our neighbour has a very big dog and it keeps barking day and night infront of our study window.we are not able to study or even open our windows.we even cannot sleep at night time or attend a phone call.our neighbour stays on first floor so there is no noise but it becomes problem for us since we are in groundfloor.cant study during exam time because of so high decibal of dog.we even talked to our neighbour to keep the dog in front at night time but in vain.they have a very large area in basement but i dont know why they keep the dog in backyard insteed of keeping in front since it smells a lot.it can even cause health problems for us.
i even tried to talk to neighbour but was of no use.
please help us and take necessary action againt them.

Neighbour — wrong construction

we lived in subhash nagar area ,here one house(A-5 subhash nagar, teen puliya)) is under construction and they r trying to occupy land of road side.

Neighbour — Illegally parks and washes the car in front of my door during day time.

My neighbour "Rishi Mittal - lives in first floor on my building" illegally parks and washes the car in front of my door during day time. My wife slipped at this place in the past. My wife is not well after this incident. They have right to park the car only at night. Inspite of several request to them, he always denied. Please help.

We are residing at V.P.C nagar Ponniaman Medu Chennai-110. In our street people who are residing at Balakrishna nagar Ponniaman Medu chennai -110 are disposing drainage water .
we have made many complaints but still there is no response for our complaints.and also we have asked the people who are residing at Balakrishna nagar to stop leaving drainage water they are saying that they will do the same and asked us to complain where ever you want.Due to drainage water coming out regularly there is lot of mosquitoes and childerns and elders are often sick even many people are affected by skin disease, due to the smell we are unable to eat this was happening for past 2 years but still there is no response from anyone we are also humans how can we live in this drainage water ??

Sir, my self khan heena from mumbai address 14 lane kamathipura, sakina bldg, bldg no- 27, 1 st floor, room no- 11, mumbai 08. We are staying there from august 24 we are finding lots of problem in that bldg there is one person known as mohammad siraj, and his sons wasim, hamza and etc they are around 20 yrs but they are not letting me to study at home as i have my university papers starting from 17 may 2016 this month and in our family my brother and father goes to work so we stay at home alone i and my mother my mother is and heart patient diabeties and blood pressure patient she is unable to suffer noise this son's father instead of shouting their children he is saying they will playing and his son say me that what u want to do do we have no fear of your police and your nc report keep it by your self this building is my father's building if we say them not to shout or play silently but he act like he is the head owner of the building from the time we stay there we are finding many problems he is saying don't teach me law ok stay out of it i am not fear of your police at all if you shout we will remove you out from the building, and sir i have my paper from this same month they are troubling us and today i have launch a complain on him to nagpada police station. Sir kindly help us from this problem he has put up an cctv camera in the whole building a month before there was a complain from mrs juli the police came and removed the cctv but he has put up again that camera without asking anyone he has put this cctv there are many complain launch in his name to nagpada police station every time harrsing my mother saying bad words he saying his son to do all this because they will be counted as childrens. We are helpless please do something.

I am staying on Ground Floor and from last 2 year, water from (First Floor) is flowing towards my drawing hall through slab.
The owner of flat is not accepting that it is because of pipe leakage in his bathroom.
What is the solution for this ?

Dear Sir, My house is in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. (MR-15, Rowhouse, BDA Flats, SFHS Layout, Near Balaji Temple). Our Neighbour recently, when I was out of station, demolished his portion of the RowHouse without any permission and now started construction house without any legal permission from authorities. He is not leaving any space between the house.
Please inspect the demolition done and the illegal construction.

This is to bring to your kind notice that our neighbor has organised Ram charitra Manas at his residence. Since yesterday they are disturbing the whole locality. Even in the night the loudspeakers were not switched off and the neighbors could not go to sleep. Our children are preparing for their final exams and it caused a huge disturbance to them. Also our two year old kid could not sleep because of the loud sounds and has become irritated.

With utmost regard myself Manoj Kumar, a resident of House No.3, Block-A, Gali No.5, Upkar Colony, Burari, Delhi-110084 submitted that I am serving in Central Reserve Police Force and presently posted in Distt :- Bilaspur, State :- Chhattisgarh in a Naxal infested area. My above house was built during 1996. While I was posted in Manipur during 2004-05, a multi story building in 50 Sqr Yards in north side of my house was constructed by a un-known builder. At that time my premises was locked due to I along-with my family away at Manipur. The builder was constructed multi story building and sale it to needy people flour wise. While construction of building a waste PVC pipe-line(4") was installed in the piller adjuctant to my wall. The pipeline in various places expected to be broken/leaked. Due to this my whole wall is in sellan condition since long and plaster, paint & putty are spoil. We are facing lot of problems. In this regard, I have spoken several times to my neighbour floor-wise to repair or remove this pipeline from present site/location to inner side of their building but no positive response received from them.



2. In view of above, being common/bonafide citizen, it is requested to your kindself to intervene the matter on priority and depute a party to visit both the premises and suitable instructions may be issued to my neighbour for removal of waste pipeline,

Dear Sir / Madam, My Neighbour resideing at 120/Y, 4th main, 4th Phase, 7th Block, Banashanakri 3rd Stage, Bangalore - 560085 has a coconut tree that is in his premise but only the roots of the tree is there the entire tree is leaning towards our house and it keeps dropping branches and tress and it has damaged our house, roof, walls, etc. Despite many warning, they are least bothered and do not maintain, clean or even get the branches trimmed every now and then. We tried to get the branches cut once but they scolded that person, abused him and all o[censored]s using abusive language and took all the coconuts and did not allow us to do anything further. we are not bothered about the coconuts. they can take and do what they want with it. But the main concern is the lack o[censored]nderstanding and illiterate and low class behaviour where they talk, spit, shout at us for no fault of ours and just asking them to maintain, take care and also pay for the damages. Our vehicles have also been damaged due to this tree along with walls, windows, roof, sajja (Rain protection). etc. We have elderly people at our home and we are not having peace of mind as in the middle of the night or whenever (As you cannot say time) it causes a lot of issue. I kindly request some strict action to be taken on these people and help us get some peace as they don't even pay for repairs, damages and other things. Kindly help us as soon as possible. The neighbours of my house are really horrible people, they dont have proper house, the house is in the bad condition, i do not know when it will fall due to rain, and they dont have current in their house, because of this they all sit and sleep in the road.
Everything they do in the road only and also they drink in the road only, even the ladies drink and speak vulger words, which we can't hear only. Other neighbours have left them like that, if we ask why you do like this, they start fighting speaking bad language.
They sleep in front of my house, they have bedbugs in there clothes because of which it is coming to my house now.
They have huge rats...they are really a worst people we cannot speak to them. Please take this complaint and do us needful.
