[Resolved] Neptune Developers — Delay to flat possession

I have booked Flat in project of Neptune developers (Sawaraj complex in Ambivali) Bldg. No. 9A

above projects planned date was June 2010, But till date same premises in under constriction ( constriction work not completed)

i already paid all installments up to till date.

i make loan from DHFL. from last year( April 2010 ) and i pay interest of same loan to DHFL Per month Rs.1400 to 2000. and i am living in rental room

now i meet to builder office but they said more 8 to 10 months wait for possession

I am also suffering same problem, My Emi- is 4500 & i am leaving on rental flat, i dont know they people are launching tower, but my suggestion of them if you give possession to sector 1 & 2 then more people come they believe on you they are listening this project launch in 2008 but not still completed any one building, hope you understand, best of luck

Even I am suffering from same problem. I own a flat in secto 2, Building 10 from 2010. But no sign of possession till date. Every time I go to Neptune office they give me same reply that you will get possession in next 8 to 10 months. Now they told me that I would get my flat possession in next March 2014. Can some one help us in this regards? Is their any law in this matter? ...
