Net Protector — net protector not working

respected sir,

I have purchased net protector antivirus for my new sony vaio laptop on[protected]. As per the procedure i have installed in my laptop, but it was not monitering the viruses( Not Working). Immediately i have contacted technical administrator regarding the problem to solve. They have given number of methods to get rid of this problem and they have taken my laptop remotly and tried to solve the problem, but they were failed to solve. As i am student, i used my laptop for study purposes with unworked net protector( antivirus ). I got affected with the virus in my laptop so i went to sony service center to remove the virus. They have taken one week time and billed Rs 2000/-. Accordingly i payed the money and asked the net protector company persons about the problem what i have faced. They agreed to refund software price (Rs 600 ) with in 15 days. Till now i didn't get any response so i am requesting you to get the money back for my laptop repair bill, software price and my valuable time.



please kindly take necessary action on net protector antivirus for not to cheat people in the future.
