[Resolved]  Next Showroom — No Response for product replacement

LCD Problem faulty product delivered
Hi, I have purchased a Videocon D2H 32 inches LCD from Next showroom at Kalyan west on 22nd May 2010. From the day we received the product it goes off all of a sudden while we are watching the LCD transmission. We logged almost 8-9 complaints, no one came from Next service, every time engineer comes from Videocon do some settings as a week after again it goes off some times. They have replaced PCB also once. Now again the same issue is occurred and they sent a TV engineer who never attended LCD issues but he told that again the PCB has gone faulty & need to get replaced. It’s a pain for us. That it never been resolved for once. Videocon engineer itself said that sir this product is faulty & get it replaced in warranty period only but Next service is not responding to us.
Also while we purchased LCD there was a scheme that a money back bond will be given to us and if after 6 years we want to make a buy back offer for new LCD the cash value of this product will be 11,000/-. still after 8 months we haven’t received that Bond papers from next showroom.
The Next showroom is never respond on calls for issues and always diverts us to Videocon only.
