Ngpay — Did not receive free flip cover with my samsung galaxy note | |||
Complaint # 1 (ngpay Order ID [protected]) I placed an order from Ngpay (Transaction ID: NGPAY[protected]) on 06th May 2012 i.e. 16 days before today. Following are my concerns : 1. I did not receive my free flip cover along with the phone 2. The gift recipient did not receive the gift message I wrote while placing the order 3. There is absolutely no response to the "several complaints" I have made to the customer care 4. Your customer cares and supervisors makes "false promises" that they'll call me back with details but not even once have they reverted till now. 5. And now no matter how many times I try in the day to call up customer care, they seem to be constantly busy Complaint # 2 I was supposed to get a 100 referral bonus points from ngpay for a referral I made on 5th May. ngpay customer executive agrees that I should have got the points but till now they are simply looking into the matter only ! Complaint # 3 My digital tv recharge of Rs. 600 did not go through while trying it from ngpay, and I haven't received the refund till date! Was this information helpful? | |||

Regarding the refund for DTH recharge, we have processed the refund on 18th May'12. It should reflect in your account soon.
