Please do not book at Nirmal Lifestyle for any projects. I have paid 20% amount for Platano F in 2012 June, the registration is still not done, they are just postponing the same every month. No clarity from builder side.

Feeling duped. Please dont get into this.
Nirmal Lifestyle Builders are big time cheaters. I humbly request everyone to please please do not ever consider investing in their projects. My friend faced problem with allotment which is still not resolved, allotment is delayed by over 5 years and no chance of possession. I am facing the same problem, no proper documentation sent to me, 90% is taken and construction is stopped. I heard that IT raided their premises and they have compromised on some documents. Be very very careful of this builder. I have lost my hard earned money but please be alert. Look at only ready to move properties of this builder that too by engaging lawyer and taking signed documents before handing over any cheque to them. I have learnt it a hard way. Be very very careful.

Akosha.com really helps out here with proper escalation and drafting the complaint to the consumer court. The builder will have to refund the amount with interest and penalty.

I booked a flat in Nirmal Lifstyle Kalyan (Amazon) project. There after I asked the company to show the contract document. The Rep .. Mr Dinesh Suvarna obviously refused. We were therefore forced to see the contract document at their corporate office at Mulund. We Found that there were glaring mistakes in the contract as follows:-

(a) The area mentioned in the contract was less than the area agreed during the sale.
(b) The contract states that in case of any disagreement the issue will not be resolved in court but in a "mutually agreed arbitrator". what if we don't agree on any single arbitrator?
(c) The builder has a right to build any hoarding outside the house.

Since I don't have a copy of the contract I am unable to contest them in writing.

Is there any one who can give me extracts of the signed contract so that I can read the same? Please call on[protected].
Project not worth investing...

After the visit to their site I was disappointed to see the progress. I had gone there to enquire regarding 1 bhk and 2 bhk. They denied actual site visit. They just do tall claims but this project is delayed beyond imagination. Still lott of work remaining. No sign of commercial and retail progress inside this township for the people to whom thy will handover their flats in first phase..

Did not think nirmal builders will cheat the public. I guess many people booked here bcoz of The big name.

Please check all the details before booking. I have decided to wait until the first few flat owners get the possession and then take a call..

I am also one of many unsatisfied customer because o[censored]nnecessary delay of Nirmal Lifestyle City Kalyan project. I have flat in Applause building A wing.
On the sale deed project completion date is mentioned as Dec 2013 with 6 month grace. So now I am taking legal route and consulted a lawyer to send legal notice demanding 18% interest w.e.f. July 2014 on the amount paid.
I would request that all o[censored]s can join together in legal proceedings to make our points clear as most o[censored]s have similar issue. Please put down your name, email and contact number here so we can contact each other.

I have purchased flat in nirmal lifestyle kalyan in 2011in victory on 13th floor & taken return 20% money without interest in 2015 so my opinion is that this group is a big fraud & not interested in doing business seriously.They only want to earn money by taking 20% money from customer & invest in other business or place in bank & earn free interest.After 2-3 years they told that there is problem in land documents & could not clear easily & may required 7-8 years.So dear flat seekers I alert you not to invest money in such fraud company

Is any one from this group took possession on Victory awing recently ?

Builder is asking 1.10 Lacs for society, club house and other so called amenities.

They don`t have basic things ready like Road, security, water connection, DG back up etc .

Pls advice should i pay this ?

 We know that Nirmal is big time fraud. They are promoting to trap more new customers. We are putting this news in this forum to showcase the reality of current project status. There is absolutely no progress on many buildings.

 Overall project is in very bad shape. People have registered flats in 2009 and its 7-8 years but still people did not got the keys. The dream house is now remain only in dream, people are homeless any paying EMI and rent and waiting for dream homes.

 NLS owner Dharmesh Jain is taking undue advantage of his political reference to produce legal barrier to complete the project. But fact is there is no money in account now and hence projects are almost dead. Getting Possession is big time question.

 We are advising you all not to get in trap of NLS advertisement which will only give you a disappointment and long term waiting.

 We all are now started uniting and we became team of 100+ who have registered legal case against the builder and project. If people who all are already in trap of NLS suggest joining us and ensuring we all together can show the power of common man.

 We need to prove money cannot purchase all thing. We have Human Rights, Legal bench and many more let’s hit the bull point. We all need our dream home. Please join us, for further guidance and procedure feel free to reach us on [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]
