[Resolved]  NitiShree — Fraud+No Construction Started yet

please first refer your documents i.e booking form, allotment letter, what are the terms of those including possession clause. Apparently i can say if after 3 years nothing has been started, take photograph of the site, write letter to them and after that go to the consumer court.

they have complete legal team backing me...

I agree and feel that M/s Nitishree Infrastructure Ltd./Shourya Towers Pvt.Ltd.of Noida are in dolldrums and not accepting applications for refunds of amounts, paid to them as part/partial/initial payments for bookings in their prelaunch/prospective projects on NH-58, NH-24 or other projects with different names.
It may be a major fraud/cheating if they really fail to honour their commitments/refund deposits with interest as per terms andconditions of booking letters / letter of confirmation or money receipts. Recent publications of newsitems in Newpapers, e.g. Hindi Jagran from Ghaziabad/Delhi dated 11.7.2009 wherein certain investors have reported to Economic Offence Wing if Delhi Police. A cause of worry for many many people seeking plots/dwelling units or investers loosing their investments.

I agrre with the protest against Nitishree. I have flat in Shouryapuram NH 24 Gaziabad. They are not responding . I am not staying in India . Am ready to take any action to retrieve our hard earned money back . Please include me in in filing he complaint in Consumer court . My no is[protected]

The issue raised at your end, regarding non availablity of the flat, and charges etc has been raised by various consumers of the flats booked by them in Nitishree, Shouryapuram. The most appropriate method for you to seek redressal of your grievance is by filing of consumer complaint with consumer court, or filing a civil suit in the civil courts. Kindly take action as soon as is possible, as certain reliefs are based upon the time period, and therefore it may get barred, if not taken in time.

We are a group of persons who got registered with Nitishree for plot/flat in shouryapuram etc. but till today nothing has been done. They have cheated a lot of persons. We are going to initiate legal action against them for cheating. So if anyone is interested contact us for joint action

Hi,

I am intersted in filing complaint against Nitishree. I had booked flat in Voila at NH 24 Ghaziabad and have paid around Rs 6.55 lacs to the builder. Please include me in the list and let me know what action needs to be taken against them. The people from Nitishree are forcing to transfer the allotment but there is huge loss associated with it. Please guide.
