[Resolved]  NMMT — Arrogant Conductor

I am a student of management studies.Daily, I travel by bus no 30 for the college.Today when I was traveling I asked conductor ( ID no 1904, C-648, Akola) a ticket which cost Rs.27, I gave him 30 Rs and asked for change.He told me he will give later on. Therefore I offered him 2 rs so that he can give me rs 5.but he told that he will give later.So I got relaxed and went to sleep.But after 1 hour I realized that 3 rs are remaining with conductor so I asked again but he asked to hold on.At the end as my stop was nearer I asked again so he took 2 rupees and gave me 5 rupees note which was in very bad condition and teared one.So I asked him to change the note or give me coin.Then he started arguing and using abusive language for me. I asked him to keep quit but he continued to do so therefore even I had to have quarrel with him and ultimately he changed the note with 5 Rs. coin.
My sincere request to NMMT officers is that please conduct some kind of behavioral training to all conductors and drivers so that they can be able to behave normally and with polite manner.They really need it.Also they should be told that sincerity is best policy.By taking and capturing change and 2-3 Rs of the passengers they are not going to become rich. tremendous amount of work is required on the mentality.
I hope this request will reach responsible authority of NMMT and appropriate action will be taken for the betterment and bearable travel in NMMT.

Hi,
I was travelling in NMMT bus number 100 (Vashi to Mulund ) from Vashi to Koparkhairne on 23rd March 2013, around 2.10 pm..I was not aware of the destination.so asked the conductor to give me a ticket till koparkhairne station.He gave it to me for Rs.9. later i got to know that the bus will go till Millenium Business park in Mahape.So i asked him to give me a ticket till there..He got rude and said that use that ticket, he wont give me a new one and he was arrogant..Later when a passenger asked for a same ticket.he took mine and gave it to him and gave me a new one mumbling something..
I asked him to talk politely. He replied that whether should he talk to me as if talking to a child and got into an argument. He became angry and asked me what i will do if he doesnt talk politely.
I asked his badge number..he told it as 0212 and his name as Raju Mhatre which i doubt he faked.He said jo karna hai kar le..he is not afraid.
So i have noted the vehicle number as MH 43 H5247 bus timing 2.10pm at Vashi.

Kindly teach such rude conductors some manners, because they are not doing a favor in helping the passengers.
