nokia 1100 — wanting Puk code

Sir,
when i swich on my mobile it asks puc code, which i do not have.Yesterday i entered the pin 1 code and after that it asked the puc code.I did not know it, so it was not going forward neither coming back.So, i switched it off.When i switch on the mobile it asks for a puc code, which i do not know.My sim is locked. I cannot access it.I have a BSNL sim under the students plan bought from kullu.My phone number is [protected].As it is locked, please send the code on another number that is, [protected] or [protected].
