[Resolved]  Nokia 1208 — For not getting proper solution

Dear Sir,


With above subject I am informing you that I own a Nokia Mobile Phone of instrument no 1208.which is in warranty period till the date. Before few days there was something hardware problem created in my cell so I went to nokia care at Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. service center to repair my cell. there I was informed that there are some hardware problem in my cell and I have to sent my cell to your company for replacement. than I got my new instrument after 25 days. but there is still some Keypad problem in my cell.I again went to nokia center to solve this problem that if you have replaced my new cell than why problem is created? The manager of nokia care Mr.Nirav Shah informed me again that I have to send my cell to your company.eventhough I have no problem to sending my cell to your company but company is not providing me new cell whenever I got my cell back. After this my conversation with nokia center I am not satisfied with company’s service and not getting proper solution I think which is not good for company’s reputation in the market.

So you are requested to look into the matter and provide me proper solution.The details are as below.

Nokia — i am not getting my cell

But till today i have not got any type of positive feed back from your customer care executive side , they are still trying to pending my case. The only problem in my phone is that my key pad is not working properly.

I just want to know is it my fault to give my phone on repair to your service centre( Global Communication Janak Puri New Delhi -110058). I think i should not had given on my phone to repair if this kind of service provided to the customer by your service centre.

nokia 1208 — Not satisfy with nokia care service

Dear sir,

Also having the warranty of 3 months the nokia care service centre, chandrasekharpur Bhubaneswar ( Orissa )
doesn't do the service of my phone 1208 in warranty . They Rs 168.00 demand price for it . So reqest you to solve our problems.

nokia 1208 — phone is not oning

i have given my mobile in service as my phone light was not working but they deliverd me my phone the phone is not working this is the service given by you if you give the service like this then whats the use of warranty... if i take some costlier phone like n95 or something else and this is the condition than we should simply waste our money give your reply soon...?
I am a customer of nokia . I have purchased a set 7310C on 22nd december from nokia priority dealer jain times 1 S.P Mukherjee road kolkata-700025. After using the set for 1 week on 7th jan its keypad becomes hard, when i go to the jain times they send me to nokia care AM MOBILE TELECOM PVT.LTD.

They take my mobile and give me a jobsheet where the delivery date was given 23rd january, but after repeated times i have visited to nokia care but they didn't give me any positive sign from their side . On 2nd february they give me one number 30303838 . After calling on this number they told me that my set is ready for despatch . But till date i didn't get my set. From Delhi they give me a complain number 2-3T0DV5. Day by Day i am getting no support from their side They are giving me no positive answer .

Please look into this matter seriously
