I have purchased Nokia 1650. Now i have a problem in set. when I open ringing tone the the become restart. And I forgot my security Code and want to restore factory setting. please sir I need your help.

with 1650 i am facing problem in its software .
in any profile mode no tone is ringing for any new no comming.
also in tone setting when clicked it restart .

i have purchased new set of nokia 1650 few days back.after some time, i changed my sim from utl to warid and used it for some time. when i changed again from warid telecom to utl and switched it on it shows enter security code. i had not given any codes. this is my problem. so i request you please give me the solution for this and help me.
