I have purchased Nokia 1650. Now i have a problem in set. when I open ringing tone the the become restart. And I forgot my security Code and want to restore factory setting. please sir I need your help.

with 1650 i am facing problem in its software .
in any profile mode no tone is ringing for any new no comming.
also in tone setting when clicked it restart .
please tell any solution...
